Remarks

The overall campus infrastructure,the quality of education provided,faculty,practical lab with advanced device equipped, the hostel facilities and finally the food provided at college canteen.Moreover the dicipline maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are handled and completed within or before the time period specified by the university.We have experienced faculties but the college just concentrate on academics and doesn't promote co curriculum activities much.But result wise college tops

There is a training and placement cell working in the college which brings different placement oppertunities for the students.companies like infosys wipro tcs visits our campus and above 90% of the students get selected.

College Events

Technical fest is conducted every year during march where students from different department showcase their technical skills and arts fest is conducted during january february time and is good.But college doesnt promote much arts activities,there are so many restrictions they put.

Fees and Financial Aid

college, since it is catholic based,offers scholarship for catholic students,and for oec students also there is a considerable fee reduction.S TV udents who have scored high marks in keam is also considered for fee reduction

Campus Life

Overall infrastructure is so good,there is a sports ground for students to play after class time,and library not only includes engineering books but also keeps newspapers and is well maintained,labs are good has all the required setup for doing experiments.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good,for girls we have one hostel within the campus and one for 1st and 2nd year outside the campus.Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean,food is also good compared to other hostels.There is one hostel for both pg students and teachers and separate hostels for male staff and students.

Hostel Fee: INR 18000 per year

Placement Experience:

Placement oppertunities are often given during 4th year of our course. Average package is around 3Lakhs per year. Students getting placements are often high but most of the reject the offer for higher studies inorder to get a higher package.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

I had applied for this course in several colleges in banglore and other places. The reason which hold me here is the course affordability and good infrastructure provided by this college. This college offers BTech artificial intelligence and Data Science at the rate of 98500 per year as tution fees while other colleges offer this same course around 200000 tution fee per year which is a better reason for studying this college. The college also provide scholarships for students on the basis of their plus two marks and keam ranks which will cover their entire tuition fee which helps the students to study in a cost effective way and also increase the quality of education.
