Sastra is best for biotechnology.Biotech is currently a growing field but I still see people are not giving much importance and salary.Everybody is still thinking that IT and software is going to save our life definitely not.Biotech is field that has to be encouraged by the government in order to protect our country's future instead of waiting for a American scientists to solve our problem.Pandemic is just a beginning people will realise food ,water, innovation in agricultural field is more more important than coding .In this way sastra plays a vital role by promoting innovation and researchers in every field

Updated syllabus still they need to stop first come first serve pattern people should be allowed to choose their course and interest more easily, industrial exposure is less theoretical knowledge on bioreactors is not going to save anybody, faculties are well experienced and easily approachable.At times one or two faculty used to treat students like slaves.But other staffs are amazingly friendly and help students

Tcs,CTS, Infosys,wipro will be the major recruiters they offers 3500placement seats last year other than them there are plenty of companies that keeps approaching sastra, fresh work was a start up by our alumni , recently they started having network with alumni

Campus Life will be sick intially but later during your 2nd and 3rd year you will see what college life is all about,super good environment with amazing friends and extraordinary cultural fest(ks) is the best combo .Daksh was our technical fest with more of innovation and technology.Both the fest days will be your dream after passing out college.

Punjab National bank offered full education loan to us,sastra scholarship for students will be very useful .Top person in Dean's list will be getting concession in fees.There are scholarship through you can get 50%of the fee you paid.

Campus infrastructure building will be fine, Biotech block will be amazing,labs and hands-on training will be super good,free wifi, library access ,good canteens with yummy food , dustbins then are there,but there are certain places backside of canteens ,girls washroom in certain building is not good. Currently sastra is building an exclusively new building so these problems won't be there now

Yes,hostel will be bit congested,5 in 1,2in 1,with attached bathroom , without attached bathroom are the facilities, hostel is quite strict and safe for girls inspite of discrepancies.But now they are shifting buildings so I'm not sure 2in one room rent was 14,000 per year.Then mess fees everything varies from rs3000-4000.Food will be good in afternoons , morning will be fine, nights varies.
