Remarks

The first and most important thing is it's a central full fledged university. It's ranking is very impressive.When I took admission the ranking of university in all india is 2. It always comes under top 10 universities of india.The education in AMU is economical.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses of the the university is updated by making a committee after some interval of time.Yes the university provided the industrial exposure.All the faculties of AMU has command on their subjects. Dr.Mujhaid Ali Khan Dr.Syed Asad Ali Mr.Yunus Khan and more.

Placement Experience

Generally job is given by taking exam followed by GD. Alumni network of AMU is very strong.Mostly students filled for government jobs.Many MNC's came here for campus placement like voltas,wipro,tata steel and many more.

College Events

The campus life is never forgettable.University conducted many programmes relating to sports activities, cultural evening and many more.There are very opportunities provided by the university such as paper representation, workshop etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship is given by the both the state as well as central.All state gives scholarship to the students of their state instead they are studying out of state.Similary the central scholarship is given by Central government of India. And most of the scholarship is given by the alumnis and the university as well.

Campus Life

The campus of the university is made in 467.6 hectares of land.All games facilities is available and wifi is enabled in whole campus,the library of university MAULANA AZAD LIBRARY is Asia's no. 1 library,All labs are well equipped.

Hostel Facilities

AMU has 17 halls and in each hall about 4 to 6 hostels. All hostel is well equipped.Thre are many types of room such as single,double,triple,four,fifth and six seater.The hostel fees is about 1800 which is took in the fees.

Student eligible from 7th sem and test started from that time also for diff diff companies.google microsoft oracle qudeye comes to college with big bog pacakges and number of offers approx 1200 offers made .Highest pacakge was 2.2 cr and lowest was 10 lpa for sde role.If thinks got as planned i will be seating in placement otherwise gate exam

If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

At AMU seats are fewer and number of students filling the forms are enormous. Hence, the cut-off is always tol high and for BSC in any stream a minimum cut-off is over 80%. In my time it was 83 for Maths Hons and I guess, I was lucky enough to get it....Read More
