yes, the course curriculum was industry-specific and the exam structure was based on written and oral exams. yes we have 2 industrial visits each year and the course is designed to help us secure placements in good companies and we are groomed in every way to help us become the efficient and employable individuals.
Placement Experience
the placement of college is good with top companies of india coming every year to recruit students as employees.
College Events
we have flower show in december and annual cultural program in february.we have elocution programs and debates and inter college competitions and there is a management consisting of students and faculty members taking care of the management of these various functions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fees were reasonable.fees every year was 25,000 which was to be paid through demand draft.the students were also given choice to pay fees monthly, quarterly and half-yearly mode as well. all the other extra fees were included in the annual fees and no extra fees were charged for other activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
yes the college offered scholarship facility to students who scored above 75 percent marks. the scholarship amount was 15,000 rupees.
Campus Life
we used to participate in inter college sports tournaments. we participated in cricket,football,hockey,athletics,chess tournaments.there was students counsel which helped and managed student activities.there ratio of male and female was 60 : 40.the college was tolerant towards different religions.
Hostel Facilities
i opted for hostel facility.the hostel facility was good.the rooms were clean and airy.the hostel mess facility was also good.the foods were prepared in hygenic conditions and there was in house medical doctor for any medical emergency.
Alumni/Alumna
we have an alumni group which connects the alumni to the college.every year there is reunion of ex students.
Admission
i got selected based on the marks i got in entrance exam.i choose this college because it is a very reputed college of our city.the manangement and teaching staff is highly qualified and efficient.the campus placement is really good with top companies from all over india coming to our college.
Faculty
the faculty was really qualified and friendly towards students.there are around 400 to 500 faculty members. the average age of faculty is around 45 years and the minimum qualification of faculty is either postgraduate or phd.most of the faculty members are having experience working in various industries.
