Remarks

I got the course that I opted for , my seniors from my school studied here and they were a major part for my descision for taking addmission. Also , the location of the college is very good , close to yashwantpur railway station , not very far from airport.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is not very updated , still old softwares are taught which are not much of industrial use , the faculty is good specially Raji gorge sir , he taught us MOM and that was the most interesting class of that session . And about industrial exposure , it was moderate , we had 2 industrial visits in out 3rd year.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 6 per year

College doesn't get you any internships!

Placement Experience

The companies that visited the college for CS steam was far more than for mechanical .We have very few good companies , and many of which backed - out after taking the initial Aptitude test whose results were never announced.

College Events

There are a lot of co - curricular activities to opt for like NSS and many other like debate club , photography club , acapella group. Ramaiah Acapella team also went to USA for international summits. Also the college fest is quit famous in bangalore , UDBHAV.

Campus Life

The engineering campus is not very huge but it's adequate , libraries are fine but the labs contain outdates machines . The college wifi is very bad , if you are lucky enough , you might get your device connected.

The college is very reputed so it invites a lot of companies during the placements . But due to the lack of placement cell in the college , the placements are not held in a good manner. Short Review of RIT

This was the college of my choice as it was comparatively closer to my home, and other alumni from this college had informed me about its merits. I also chose this college because of its placement stats and especially its extracurriculars. There's many good clubs. Is MSRIT the best Engineering college in Bangalore?
