Remarks

Faculty is good. Quality of education is good. College is in city limits, so no travelling issue. Academic fee is reasonable. Placement support was very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty for mechanical is really good. They are experienced. Exams are quite hard.

Course Fees: INR 72000 per year

Internship is to be done by students on their own. College will provide some contacts for help. From last year, internship is mandatory. Internship report should be submitted in college and a presentation on the project carried out during internship is to be given in college

Placement training (Campus Recruitment Training - CRT) was provided from second year by professionals. Prior to a company visiting, specific training is made available. I got placed in Cognizant.

Fee is reasonable. If you get the required rank, you'll have scholarship. Also, based on category, scholarship is given. Placement support is very good. Proper training is provided

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
