Remarks

The best remark is their duty towards students' safety, the students are not allowed into campus after 9 pm. Management is so strict and they won't allow opposite genders to go into hostels. There is no bad remark about this College as it is the top 4th College in-country and the management is the best.

Entrance Preview

I had written vit entrance exam, I had scored all India 6, 076th rank. I thought to take c.sc but I didn't get a seat, I gave my next preference to mechanical, I got a seat in that course so I joined it. I went there with my rank card for counseling, the counseling fee was 10, 000, and I chose my option as mechanical. I got allotted into mechanical and I joined.

99% of the staff is very experienced. They are very highly qualified and each had a minimum experience of 20 years, they are very helpful to students and they will clear the doubts of students.

Internships Opportunities

College offers no stipend and I do not have any internship. Because I am a student of 1st year. Generally, the students who got campus placements are offered stipends from various companies.

Placement Experience

The best thing is placements and College offers 96% placements. 7897 students got jobs in almost top companies. 8 companies(only software)came for placements and the companies are Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra, and so on. The average package is 4 lakhs per annum.

College Events

Our college performs various cultural festivals and the famous one is gravitas, nearly every student takes part in it. every student exhibits his own project and our college performs various cultural activities such as freshers party and farewell parties our college has a track record for many conducting many cultural activities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Nearly all banks offer loans for studying and I am also studying on loan and they offer scholarships to merit students.

Campus Life

The gender ratio is nearly 100:90, nearly people from all over India study here and there are many religions in this university, the good thing is there is nothing.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are very good and clean, the hostels have a television and the food is extraordinary, It is hygienic and tastier. The average rent per year is 1 lakh for the hostel and 50, 000 for the mess.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very good and they will help juniors in their studies and there is no ragging as ragging is strictly prohibited. Seniors are very polite and they won't be rude towards juniors and they would assist juniors on cultural activities.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is very good and there is no mass copying as it is strictly prohibited. Labs are once a week and they are based on very practical knowledge.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty .
