Remarks

I loved this course.I always had attraction to historical architecture buildings which drove me to this course.This is the perfect course for those who love architecture and this college was my mother's choice

Course Curriculum Overview

Our syllabus was quite old but the things that was taught there was updated.Our principal sir.santhosh is the real ideal one in our college. MTC is like a family. we got alot of experienced and friendly teachers who help us alot in our studies. All the programs and activities are really fab.

Class Size: 41Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

There is no placement facilities available in our college. College has poor facilities in placements and job offers. We have to find it by ourselves

College Events

Bhumikak is a really awesome fest conducted by our college in which a lot of colleges participate. It is full of attractive programs and activities. And we gets a chance to mingle with lots of famous personalities related to the field of architecture.

Campus Life

Quite nice. we conduct fest named bhumika which is full of attractive programs and activities. alot of colleges participate in our fest. Also we are pretty much active in zonasa & NASA competitions. The infrastructure is quite nice. We have really helpful transformation facilities too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of KTU (Kerala Techinical university) is very tough ,outdated system,teaching method is very wrong, old method are using here, semester time period is short, student can't catch their subject on this time period, 6 subject with 12 module or more complete in 2.5 months after this immediatly exam starts,so need more time interval for learning and add more partical based activities in curriculum, theriocal subject is more compare to partical,student are just by heart some portion and attenting exam, so they don't know partical working of machines

i would rate it 3.5/5 it is relevent and covers most of the topic afterall add some more practical and real world could make it even better real world problems don't exist in silos coming subjects like data science or psychology with business prepare students for complex decision making

Placement Experience:

The placements are based on your performance in viva and your if have cleared the exams. The placement salary is and something which i don't know much about but the intership does provide a stiffen of bout 2000 above (not sure). You don't need to pay the college fee during internship.
