Remarks
The college is in North Campus of University of Delhi. The crowd here is good. And the Dept of Physics(which is my course) of this college offers great opportunities to learn for those who want to pursue Physics further.
Course Curriculum Overview
Good professional practices are taught in the labs. Faculty is really professional. In fact, most of the times, it becomes irritating because the teachers seem to follow every single rule and they teach even more than the syllabus(as far as the Physics dept is concerned).
Placement Experience
I do not have much idea about this but the placement cell in the college I don't think it has been quite long since it was established, it is a few years old only. Also, I do not really know much about the median package of the students placed, so don't want to misguide anybody.
College Events
There are societies for different activities but I believe the environment for extra curriculars could have been much better in the college. The management doesn't take as much interest in the co-curriculars as those of other North Campus colleges or even some off campus colleges.
Campus Life
The infrastructure might not look like a typical romanticised red-brick DU college such as St. Stephen's or Miranda House or SRCC(I wish it had.) but most of the classrooms have ACs. And there is a large nice ground to sit and play. Library has good seating facility. The college is really good in sports. WiFi doesn't work properly.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is really good in terms of facilities like AC, spaciousness(each room is 3 seater), hygiene,etc. However, the curfew timings(7:30 pm for winters and 8 pm for summers) might bother. Also, NO events like Freshers or Farewell parties, DJ nights or any other sort of evemts are organised in the hostel.
