Remarks

Easiest accessible from Mumbai by an overnight train everyday. The college campus was really great and big. Good facilities. Ux Design was my area of interest and this was place the best option I had.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is a bit dry and boring in the first year but things become interesting in the second when you begin with your specialisation. Faculties are decent for the first year but really improve in the second when the specialised course faculties also teach us.

Placement Experience

We are the pioneer batch and therefore we'll be the first ones to pass out of this college. Based on the pune symbiosis University, our campus will have the same process and procedures in placement.

College Events

Campus life is really great because of its extra available freedom. Many events such as Dandiya, garba, freshers, makar sankranti, lohri, independence day and republic day have been celebrated. Skits and dances have taken place with active participation.

Campus Life

Sports facilities are just getting developed and are improving. There's already a basketball and volleyball court and a football turf. Wi fi is available everywhere near building areas and inside it. The library, in progress of coming up completely ready, is a seperate building in the campus covering a large area.

Hostel Facilities

I have opted for the hostel. The hostel is the best part of the entire campus. Infrastructure wise, it's convenient enough. Sharing a room with 3 people, with one bathroom and one restroom and the room size is more than enough. Hostel facility like cleaning staff and laundry is not very upto the mark in terms of speed and accessibility.

Placement Experience:

Some people get good internship and opportunities where are some people have to find it on their own it's same in every college but most probably not gives the best education in our department. My plans after getting degree are to have job for experience and do my pg later.

I think I toke this course because of furniture design which they also provide to which loved. They real toke note that they teach us which is related to real world applications more than only reading book's.I don't think they want any improvement because they are more experienced than us I also liked their teaching way. They also keep seminar where expert interiors and architecture comes and share there experiences.

Symbiosis institute of design has been known to have a placement percentage close to almost a 100%. It is well connected to industry professionals with a lot of them being alumni. I applied to all the colleges that relate to design like NID, NIFT, SYMBIOSIS PUNE, UPES, ISD etc. but the reason I chose this college was because this college had the best infrastructure amongst all of its competitors.
