Remarks

Yes the good things are the college has a good campus and infrastructure has good faculty who are post graduates from IITs, NITs and other reputed institutions. With its serene and refreshing atmosphere, the campus provides a congenial environment for education. Sahyadri is heading towards excellence in Academic. The only cone of the college is mechanical block of the college is about to fall. this is always a problem for the mechanical students.

Entrance Preview

I wrote CET exam and i got rank around 40, 000 which was not sufficient enough to get a mechanical seat, so went for a management seat.

Course Curriculum Overview

What i can say is, The project activities, seminars, paper presentations and workshops are included in the curriculum in order to help the students gain more experiential learning.

Internships Opportunities

Sorry i did not attend any internship yet.

Placement Experience

The institution regularly invites experts from industry and academia for interaction with the students and conducts the orientation courses to the students. So obviously there is huge number of companies visiting and going.

College day, sports day etc are celebrated here.

Faculty members of Sahyadri are known for innovation and creativity. Sahyadri gives top priority for discipline.the labs are excellent.

Yes, hostel facility is there for both boys and girls, the cafe is nice. The College is having one of the best infrastructures with all facilities.

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The campus placements are pretty well and this year they are even more better .from 6 th semester onwards students become eligible for the placement and I have also planned to cover multiple cources provided by the college and some outside material also to get the market exposure and make my resume more stronger.The highest package offered by the companies is 48 lpa.The placement percentage ranges from 75 to 85 percent

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.
