Remarks

There is good placements. Faculty have been given good reviews. Overall NIRF ranking is 15th for engineering colleges. Flexible timetable are available. Hostels are clean and overall good reviews. Safe campus and strictly against ragging of students. Strictly against drinking and smoking or intoxication on campus and also outside campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good courses offered. Very flexible timetables which can be chosen by the students. Industrial visits done for certain courses. Faculty from other colleges are invited to teach as guest lectures. Academics is good with a lot of exposure

Internships Opportunities

Network 18, Marketing intern, 8000 monthly Process involves contacting the Hr followed by a personal interview.

Placement Experience

Good alumni network is formed. Companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, PayPal offer placements on campus. Approximately 600 companies visit each year and there is 100% placement for students in IT and cse branches. E- cell is also very encouraging and helpful for startups.

College Events

Technical and cultural fests are one of the best in the country. Students from foreign cities also participate in competitions. Famous musicians like Amit Trivedi and Badshah are invited to perform. Comedians like Biswa Kalyan Rath have also been invited previously on campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available only to students from poor backgrounds and have an amazing performance in college.

Campus Life

All facilities available - swimming pool, tennis courts, each hostel has badminton courts, basketball courts. Academic buildings are huge and well maintained. Well lit hostels and clean mess available. Variety of mess also available.

Hostel Facilities

Sharing and non sharing rooms available. Ac and non ac rooms available too. Maximum 6 bedded rooms available. Easy to avail hostels. Enough room to accommodate every student on campus. Mess is good. Sharing bathrooms in hostels for each floor. But they are cleaned twice a day and are well maintained.

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty .
