I only applied on josaa counselling and then in HBTU. My rank was not good enough to get a confirm seat in any core branch . Then I opted for HBTU counselling which was providing better seat in that rank if compared .Then onwards I didn't apply in any of the college. To get admission in HBTU Kanpur, you can register in the college counselling and fill the desired seats. Counselling goes for three round.If not get selected, you can try last time in spot round if seats are vacant. Only students with jee mains result will get admission....Read More

I did'nt apply anywhere because HBTU was my dream college because my seniors and my close one told me this college and also i researched and found this is good but when i get admisson my expection was high but as time passes i realized it's not meet my expectations as i thought. if you want to get admisson in this college you have to preapare for JEE mains entrance exam and get good score most of the student want computer science and information technology so you have to get good rank in mains....Read More

I chose this college over the other colleges because at my jeemains rank i was getting this college as the best possible option, cox i was getting cse here and that too very near from my hometown. I was getting the best branch which i always loved and also the college having 100+ years of legacy. I also participated in the councelling og JOSSA and i was getting CIVIL ENG in NIT ALLAHABAD, in roung no. 4, but after further reconsiderations and taking advice from seniors and elders i finally decied to choose hbtu from the rest of my dream 4 years. I always wanted to take admission in IITs but i failed as i couldnt clear my jee advanced exam, which is the biggest trauma of my life.. The admission process of my college is very simple, you just need to applu through hbtu website ad you ll get branches as per your rank as it happens in jossa just the differnces is you have to apply on hbtu website, not on the main portal of jossa. Hbtu accepts 85 students from the exam of jee mains as per the marks and percentile. My overall admission experience was very good, as i got a decent college i alsways dreamt of, and overall i m happy now, and thats all which matters....Read More
