Remarks

The college came up in the online process so i selected the college that i got. Then i search for the college on internet. It was rated quite good and also had the normal facilities that every college has. Main thing that i searched was for college placement and it was also satisfactory.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus covers basics of every subject. Faculties are really good and helpful. They provide us with enough resources and guide us through the projects well. More knowledge is gained through practical slots and we are able to go through all the extra and detailed concepts.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 108182 per year

Placement Experience

Job placements are also quite good. I don't have that much idea about the placement process and departmental placement process and also about alumni networking. But as companies like tcs, wipro, cognezent approaches our college for recruiting job, placement process might be good

College Events

I took admission last year in sem 3 so I haven't involved much in any of these technical Or cultural events but I have experienced some of them like colosseum, tecknack, acm workshops and they were really awesome.

Not a dream college but a best college that is unexpected

Placement Experience:

There are total 8 semister for college placement from 8 semester students become eligible for campus placements The company that visit my college are TCS , ZEPTO etc The average package of my college is 5 lacs and the highest package is upto 13 lacs in future it has more chances to grow up The placement are dependent of the companies that visit with their criteria. My plan is to improve my skills and to place in a good company with a good package.

So my first priority was artificial integellence and data science ..but I didn't get it..I also have an interest in electronics and I finally get it. their 1:60 ratio of faculty to student and qualification of faulty is mostly ME /MTech and some are PhD holders.

I got into DBIT post completion of my diploma so it was a DSE or Direct second year engineering entry students , I got EXTC engineering in the second CAP round . The college offers Engineering in 4 Branches namely Computer Engineering , IT , EXTC, and Mechanical and students can get admission through either by doing 12th or after diploma . For students who have did 12th the college accepts admission through MHTCET and JEE the cutoff are usually high above 90+ percentile for Computer and IT branch while slightly low 80%+ for EXTC and Mechanical branch. The college has a overall seats of 120 seats in computer engineering Dept 60 of which are reserved for Christian Students. MH-Cet percentile of 97 is required as even though it was lockdown when i took admission the cut-off was still that. DBIT MUMBAI : where learning meets vibrant campus life .

i didnt applied to other colleges because my sister used to study in DBIT so i was sure the college will be good . while i also thought i was elegible for the college so i preferred DBIT for its approachable faculty and industry connections. the adimission process at DBIT involves eligibility based on 12th- grade marks and MHT-CET schores with atypical cutoff arounf 85-90 percentile for IT. the process is smooth, with a centralized counseling ensuring transpency. rejections elsewhere were due to higher cutoffs but DBIT has proven to be a great choice overall....Read More
