One of the best BBA colleges under IP University

College is very good in terms of infrastructure and faculty. JIMS Faculty will always help you. Classrooms are well equipped computer labs are certified by IBM they have a good gym and sports facilities are also there. You get chance to take part in lots of competitions. You improve personally and professionally. After all placements are also good. So it is one among good colleges in Delhi. In addition to this college used to take us to industrial trips to Parle,Maruti Suzuki . They used case study approach to teach us better faculty are one of the best at JIMS. They have good corporate and academic experience. Finance and Marketing faculty at JIMS is very good.

I appeared for Common Entrance Test (CET) which is conducted by GGS Indraprastha university for admission to all the affiliated colleges. I got 2739 General rank. I opted for this college as it has good ranking by major magazines,good brand name top faculty good infrastructure and good placements.

The curriculum was designed by the university which has to be followed by college.

College internship experience was good. I interned at Bharat Matrimony. I learnt a lot of things when I did internship in 2013. Companies like SKS,IDBI,HDFC Life,Mahindra Powerol,Indo Jatalia etc come. Not all companies used to pay stipends. But avg would be around 3k per month.

Placements are good. Its not 100% but all the deserving candidates are placed by end of their course. BBA Placements was opted by around 20% students as most of us opted for further studies. For PGDM students companies like IDBI,SNAPDEAP,Evalueserve come. Average package is around 4.5-5 lpa.

Oasis and verve are the major management fests celebrated in college. Both of these fests run for 3 days. They get participation from various colleges across the nation. Many musical bands,celebrities etc come. Some techfests are also there.

Fee structure is neither very high nor very low. It was 61000 per year for BBA and 5 lacs for full MBA course. In addition to this sometime they charge for farewells etc. Fee is not an issue at JIMS. Its not high.

Loan is offered by college . They have tie ups with many government and private banks to provide loans. They conduct various competitions from time to time wherein the give cash prizes. Based on marks one can get scholarship too.

Campus life at JIMS is full of fun. You have nescafe and one more cafeteria. You can eat anything. Faculty are friendly. Some events are always there every month. So you are not bored at campus. Students enjoy campus life at JIMS.

Hostel is not available. They have tie ups with PGs and other hostels in the vicinity You can get these details from college management. They help you in getting an accomodation.

JIMS has very strong alumni network. They are working in various good organizations in mid and senior management. College does regular alumni meets and call the alumni from time to time for guest lectures too.

For BBA It was semester system 6 months. 1 main exam conducted by university and 2 internal exams conducted by college in one semester. We have gaps between exams. There is no hectic schedule.
