Faculty is good and some teachers are nice
No ragging is in the college. But yes there some seniors who behave like they are gansters

The infrastructure is not good and the campus is not big at all

Course Curriculum Overview

It sector influenced me to take bca i was unable to clear neet exam and JIMS was my last option for college. The application process is simple you just have to apply through their website and give the exam

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 175000 per annum There is no st sc or obc or scholarships available Courses available Are Hotel management , Mca , Bca , Interior designing and Business studies. The fee varies in bca course depending on the sub-branch you chose m.

Campus Life

The campus life is not good at all their is no gym in the college College does not have ground college has library and cafetarias The library only consists of study books The college is smaller than an average school and you wont be able roam.

Admission

I did not apply to any other college. The admission provess is simple you just have to go on their website and give their exam or just give the CURT exam and apply and submit their application and give the interview

Faculty

The few faculty members are good but not all Some teachers are cooperative and behave like they are elder sister or brother. There are two exams mid semester and final exams The end sems are after 2 of mid sems

Night Life

There is no night life in the campus as the college is smaller than a school and has no places to go to There are famous places around college to go to or enjoy time with your friends there is an option to take hostels near the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the cource, as it is a practical cource with a core mathematical idea in it, a comprehensive knowledge about the mathematics world and the practical tools required in data science. The curriculum prepares one for the real world applications or furthur academic pursuits, some factors can be improved in the syllabus definitely and for the frequency and timing of exams is 3 hours for the 90 marks paper which is fare enough according to the difficulty level.

My College Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I personally like all the subjects I studied till now and I had a lot of interest studying Computer system architecture mathematics for computing and python so all the subjects I am loving them and now in the second semester the subjects have now got I am also having interest in them so talking about the influence I really liked and it is shaping my skills coming to the concept that how it is preparing me for the real world applications I don't think that in DU or in this curriculum we are being taught how we need to apply these skills in the real world that we need to do it ourselves only by actually opportunities and hands on experience the course should include more such activities practicals that gives students exposure of the real world application that would be my advice and the teaching methods I think the teacher should take more interest in the class and they should not saying that the student want study I think the teachers have such a mind said since the students don't fail of attention in the class they lose interest in teaching I think that almost and entire month is wasted this to give exams while almost everybody studies 2 days max to max 2 days and most of the people study at night one day before exam so wasting and entire month to take 5 6 subject exams for student is just to waste of time I think they should give less brakes and comes and and this exam session in maths to Max 15 or 20 days and the difficulty level is not at all difficult and you the paper comes very easy and you can easily pass it if you are studying even on last 3 days of the exam

Placement Experience:

The highest package of my college is 36 lakh per annum from bcom H programme. The placement is very nice from my collegem the average package is 6.7 lakh per annum and the median package is around 8 lakh per annum which is very good in my views. But if the students is not focusing in his academic then no college can give him placement, it's just a exception. The students become elegible for placements after 2nd year and before 3rd year basically they just got PPO that is preplacement offer. Bain & co. , de shaw , Accenture , oyo, Swiggy. I have a plan of Doing MBA after doing Bcom H form hansraj college

Truth

Placement Experience:

Students wil brcome eiligible for interships from first year or after seocnd semester. The placaments is nice and the averge package is around 600000. And last year two students got internships from de shaw and accenture for 90000 and 60000. So the internships is good. The highest package is 36 lakh from hansraj. I dont know about the percenateg of students getting placements. My plans after getting placements is nothing because currently i m doing CA which is sufficient for me for my placement.

Placement Experience:

College placements are available from 3rd year starting onwards. Many big and reputed brands like bain and accenture visit our campus. The highest package goes around 25 lpa with average being 7-8 lpa. Almost 90% of the students get placed which is quite a commendable achievement.

Good opportunity in JIMS

I applied for Rajagiri in Kerala and got into it, then was waiting for MHCET but the results kept on getting delayed, then I also got into JIMS, BIMTECH as well but due to budgetary issues and placements the best option was JIMS. I wanted to get into symbiosis but my Snap score wasn't that great. NMAT also my marks were good but not that good for taking admissions in top 3 colleges of narsee munji. The admission process of JIMS is very simple, you just have to apply through their website and pay the application fees, then you will get the mail for documents such as 10th, 12th marksheet, CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/SNAP (whichever is applicable), graduation certificate/degree, work experience certificate(in case), copy of application form and admit card for Campus tour, GD, PI process which happens on 1 day. For those living in Delhi and NCR can go and visit the campus for these process , and for those outside of DELHI NCR can give the process online. Within 2-3 days you will get the mail for the results. Then after few weeks you will have to pay 1st installment fees to secure you seat in that course....Read More

An honest review (JIMS Rohini Sec-5)

I got admission to 2 colleges IITM Janakpuri and Jims Rohini, and I opted for Jims because of the ranking + placement records, and more profound environment like it's known for PGDM so that alumnus is also very good. Which we can reach out to in future for professional guidance. I didn't get rejected as I only applied for 3-5 but 3 in which I didn't get admit is because their cutoff of IPUCET is 600-700 and my score is 1005.
