Remarks

Bharati Vidyapeeth is a college affiliated to IP University, Dwarka and for many years has been counted in one of the best engineering colleges in Delhi. It has a pretty decent infrastructure. Not a very large campus.(but many canteens).

Course Curriculum Overview

Course and decided by the university and everyone knows IP university is not at all serious regarding the level of education it provides. No industrial exposure here in this college and you have to do everything on your own. Faculty is good only till the time you behave like an obedient child. You do one mischief and they will be after you the whole year.

Placement Experience

Placements are one of the best here. For CSE and IT we have quite a lot of students getting packages of around 57 lacs pa. Many students are also able to get good scores in GATE or GRE. Many students do go abroad for high studies from here as well.

College Events

BVCOE has the most number of societies than any IPU college. They range from technical to non technical. One of the reasons BVCOE has produced some very awesome leaders and speakers is because of its society culture, which no other college has to such an extent. We have 15 societies (technical, non-technical and entrepreneurial).

Campus Life

Infrastructure wise BVCOE has all the amenities. We have 56 canteens serving good cheap food. Every room has A/C, clean cool drinking water, well equipped labs and fully functional book bank and library. Wifi is also there for the use of students and is good.

Placement Experience:

In my college the student of semester 5 or basically the third year students are applicable for the campus placements. There are very famous companies that visited my college including Google, PayPal, Amazon, and the big for companies including deloite , EY etc. The highest package of the last year was of 45 lakhs which was given to a student of economics honours. And also the major placements of students are from the courses in like BCom honours, economic honours, English honours. the average package of last year was 10 lakhs to 12 lacs. Basically the rest of the student sit for placement and among them 60% of students get placed.

BVCOE, Delhi : Is not still the top colleges of IP affiliated colleges

In the Year 2019, I gave the JEE MAIN [Joint Entrance Examination-Main] having the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths and we were informed by the concerned authorites that the selection in a Indraprasth University College and affiliated colleges will also happen by the marks gained in JEE-Main. We applied in the admission procedure in IPU and provided a minimal fees for the process. After that, there were 3 rounds of selection in which we chose which college in IPU we need and which stream. Then the result of each round came and a student can choose whether to apply for next round or is satisfied with the seat gained in previous round.
