Remarks

the college introduces us to the fast-paced, creative, and energetic fashion industry. they are also providing us a rigorous grounding in practical and technical skills needed for career success. They also provide us on-field training with the designers. who has a great experience in the fashion industry.

Course Curriculum Overview

my opinion is good. they are providing us good exposure to the retail and fashion industry. the syllabus of the course is very great, from this course I also started my fashion blogging page within a 2 year of study.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 611200 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are not so good as a fashion designer, but you can try for visual merchandising as a job opportunity. Brands like aditya birla, TATA, Bata came for recruitment.

College Events

very good campus has many places to sit ans relax with friends, chill with the partner. our college organise many events for their students, they also have a dedicated cultural week for the activities. they also organised many industrial visits and fashion shows to showcase the talent of their students.

Eligible for Placements :- From Third Semester in MCA Companies that visited here :- Swiggy , Jaro Education , Vivo , Hike Education , etc. Highest Package from our college :- 14.52 LPA Average Package from our college :- 4-5 LPA 60% to 75% of students got placed from our college every year. If i don't get placed from college then i have to apply on LinkedIn , Naukri, Glassdoor where i our faculty give recommendation of us and our faculty also trained us for cracking interviews.

Is AKTU right choice?

Placement Experience:

Placement cell does provide opportunities for getting placed in many organisations, however the primary focus is on just getting students placed regardless of organisation's reputation and the job profile. The placement process begins from 7th semester. MNCs don't approach this college for the course, which a very big backlash. Highest package offered was 4.2 LPA and average package was somewhere around 2-3 LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Great learning and internship Support

From 8th sem clg placement starts the companies like infosys hcl tcs airtel and many more comes the highest package was rs 12.50 lakh by a senior girl of btech and the avg package is 6 lakhs around 90 percent+ get the placement somehow teacher also use their public relations to get their students placed so the package differs but placement happens at high rate ....my plan is to prepare for govt job and get a job at pwd as assistant engineer

FDDI - Not good not bad

I applied for NID, NIFT, IIT, FDDI, JKLU and CHITKARA I did not clear NID ,NIFT, IIT, as my rank was not good for a general seat. I got AIR 13 in FDDI and admission in JKLU AND CHITKARA. For FDDI, admission can bee done thru uceed or aist. Students prefer both. I chose FDDI as it is nearby and govt clg....Read More
