Remarks

This college have a placements n good teaching staff and I heard very good things for this college.not also faculty teaching bt also their supportive nature attracts us to get join there.this college is better for me and I hope I will get a good job from this college

Course Curriculum Overview

My opinion about this college is nothing because it's my luck to admit here because I like teaching staff and their nature like they r supportive and always keeping to help students by all means just one thing I don't liked here unluckily I am from open category and paying fees of 75000 per year and my father is labour think about that how they paying a fees.this is so unfair and also I didn't get hostel till now noone can think that how much we facing financial problems.

I took admission here because of campus and placements and I heard more about this college and I hope that I will get a perfect guidance here and get a good job and about extra curricular activities we always get participated in all programmes.

I am belonging from open category so I get little bit scholarship amount I get scholarship amount around 10,000 and paying fees 75000.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is very developed and all systems are perfectly settled up in my college so it all perfect and time to time practical projects are taken by teachers and because of perfect settlement of all facilities we can get a better knowledge.

Hostel Facilities

Nope I didn't get hostel till now because I am belonging from open category and all knows that we comes at last now in this period we are hoping that someone will give justice because it is also a type of fighting or a defeat we facing and fight with

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

From 7th semester, the internship opportunities and full time placement opportunities starts to come, For my batch, Veritas, coditas , Worldline, Wipro, KPIT, CrelioHealth, Kylas these companies came with a good package which was greater tha 4 LPA. Highest package was from veritas 12 LPA, Kylas 7 LPA, and average was arount 3.5-4 LPA. Arount 60% students gets placed. I am placed with a good package through campus placement only

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.
