Tecnia institute of advanced studies is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and is near to my home, also metro facility is available therefore I opted this college, also the teachers are good.

Course Curriculum Overview

We are given various assignments and case studies according to our syllabus that actually helps us to increase our conference and knowledge. One of the faculty Vandana mam was very good, she used to teach business economics in our 1 st year.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 83000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I did an internship in Sharekhan as finance and marketing trainee which was unpaid. I did another internship in prayaas corps an ngo as HR and had a great time working virtually due to covid, it was unpaid too.

Placement Experience

Placement is not that great, the company like jaro, aim india etc are called up, the main motive of these companies is to take those students who can sell their services and products despite of their course and background so placement offers are not great.

There is no campus life in tecnia, but yes two management fests one for bjmc i.e verchasva and other for bba i.e saras is organised which helps the students to showcase their talent, verchasva is a grand fest.

Prestige of Hindu college and my version

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is MSC operations research, which is a very vast and deep course. It goes deep into understanding business operations and providing the businesses with best quality steps. There were real life projects which have helped me alot in understanding difficult topics. If there could be more projects it would have been more helpful for studies. The exams level is moderate to difficult, have to study hard to perform good in tests/exams.

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

I will rate the course at Delhi Univeristy 8 out of 10. As a student, I'm receiving offline study materials via the post, however, you have to pay around 500 rupees for the books and notes when filling the fees every year.

I like my course because it's a combination of both food technology and English...so that's what keeps it interesting. The curriculum is great with practical classes that are fun and we learn new things. But I wish there were more. Exams take place every six months and they're not that difficult

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

I am a medical student but i am an average student in studies so i choose the pharmacy . And i think its a good choice for me . The teachers helps me alot in studies and i also performed good in acadmics . But the main things which helps me is my training period. Here the real experience starts . I think teachers should be friendly with students or gentle .. they are extremely strict that students doesnt feel to interact with them i think they should improve here. We have weakly tests , monthly sessionals ,projects and that thing helps us alot for the main exams

I choose this college mainly because it is close to my home, which makes travelling much easier.Accordingly to my rank, this was the college I was alloted during the admission process.
