Remarks

Good infrastructure, good faculty, good facilities, says the best undergraduate college for films in Mumbai. Less expensive compared to other colleges. Affiliation to Mumbai university. These are the factors.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's really good and since it's in the heart of dream city and being nominal expensive is really good. Some faculties are really good but some of the administration seems bad sometimes.

Placement Experience

See I will be honest, its a college providing you a film degree I mean graduate degree. The placement of opportunities totally depends on your own work experiences not from the college circumstances. It will depend totally how you have performed in your professional field.

Placement Experience:

After semester 6 students are eligible for campus placements. Some of the top companies visited are phonepay, Morgan Stanley, JPMorganchase, Deutsche Bank, cashrich , nomura . The highest package offered is 35 lakhs and average package is 14 lakhs. Till now the placement percentage is 100 percent. My plan is to appear for placements after 6th sem.

Overall Good College

Overall, I would conclude by saying that DGMC is India's first college to offer the course of BA FTNMP. Followed by other colleges like KC etc. Till now there are only 7 colleges who offer this course. Many of them I have personally visited during my admissions & many of them I have read about. After comparing each one I can definitely say, that this is by far the best college for this course. Excellent Infrastructure. IT labs with Modern I-mac's and all software inbuilt. Sound lab. Colour grading lab. Plus it has its own studio where you can make your short film assignments given for your SEM projects.
