Remarks

Government, Economical, Quality education, Exposure,Culture, Punctuality in degree and semester exams. Political Science honours is one of the best arts subject provided here. Cooperative department. No pressure.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus was based on CBCS pattern. Papers were quite informative and unique in each semester. Faculties include major JNU and DU alumni. Guest faculties included retired professors having a vast experience. Seminars on various topics conducted on regular intervals.

Placement from B.com, Economics, MBA, ITM and IST is done. Max package goea to ‰â_3 lakh. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, Deloitte, Concentrix, Tech mahindra etc come.

College Events

It included every dimension of a student phase. Cultural festivities, Famous odia pujas, College fests, Hostel fests, Department freshers and farewells, College foundation and commemoration day. Drama and skits promoted. Dancing singing and odisi form promoted among students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships were provided to SC and STs students on the basis of their 12th board marks. PG toppers were also given prize money.

Campus Life

Famously known as The red empire. Infrastructure since 1886 pre independence. British officials established it. Green and clean campus. New buildings for new addition to the streams built. Hostels for boys and girls.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility was too good at a very reasonable price. Preferences were given to students having residential address more distant i.e 10 kms from college campus. Boarding charges sums upto ‰â_3000/ per year And mess charges were charged monthly maximum upto ‰â_2000. Beds, cupboard, table and chair were provided. Hostel was equipped with gym, study room, lawn, terrace and small canteen.

Hostel Fee: INR 3500 per year

This course should teach you about hte basic of the computers to the neddium level of difficulties in computer s. through the entire course year you got to know about different languages like c ,c++ ,java ,python, css, html and database etc.. but there is little much improvement needs towards the teach way of database and mathematics of computer so it can be eassy for student to get understand the concepts. the exams are some times happen in the 5 monts or 4 monts but its usually happens in a interval of 6 months.

Placement Experience:

After your fifth semester, you are eligible for campus placement with different company come to the college to recruit new candidates. Most of the companies you visit to our campus TCS, Wipro, Infosys and many more. As far as I know, the highest package was recorded in the year 2022 was 6 lakh. The percentage is above 70 or 75%. I am going to pursue for master's course after getting this degree.

Ravenshaw; a scenario to experience.

I hadn't applied for any other college because my university is the best institute for higher studies in Odisha and I wasn't supposed to go anywhere out of the state. Admission process is very simple you have to just apply form in SAMS portal, after selection download your intimation letter and go to the respective college with all your documents. Ravenshaw is the best

I am student of adisha bord in 12th. Basically i choose to do bsc chemistry honours . I give 5 colleges for selection .
