Remarks

The college is best IIT college among the best colleges in Indiaﾠand management maintains it very well and i suggest to join this college as it is one among the best.

Entrance Preview

ﾠI took IIT JEE MAINS and got 268 and took EEE as I am having interest in this field bcoz of electricsﾠ and other which also include physicsﾠ and this college is one of the best IIT college.

Course Curriculum Overview

ﾠThe cource structure is maintained in a goodﾠ manner and it is highly focused on the research as well.

Internships Opportunities

ﾠIt is my 3rd year, the internships are best and can get best information and practical perfection as well their are many internships held every year also we can get from outside sources.

Placement Experience

ﾠThe placements are good and many companies will come every year and most of them we can say every body will get the jobsﾠ but they offer according the students academic background and curricular activities also the practical experiences from internships as well.

The technical management is good enough to manage the college and also many cultural events takes place itself in the college.Also their will be educational trips etc. The extracurricular labs, sports, competitions, are held best and we are participated in it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is much according to the level of the college but however we will get scholarship from the government, only we hav to pay mess and hostel charge and some other etc.

We will get scholarship from the government which is epass scholarship whis well known by all of us and only we have to pay mess and hostel charges and some others.

The hostel facilties are good and available for all students as it's in a large area the food in the mess is better in the 1st year and in the later years it's average their will be 2 students in 1 room till 2nd year and then from 3rd year separate room for each student.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Exam Structure

The exam structure is build in a difficult manner as it is an IIT College, we use to have exams continuosly, where as in other colleges it will be taken alternate days. The paper is difficult but it makes our ability more accurate.

Worth considering for your tech career

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Building Skills Beyond the Classroom

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Remembering College Valuble Insights Feels so memorable being a final year student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals,meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Only 4-1 students are eligible for campus placements Name of companies are infosys, concentrix, foundever, teleperfomance, Sutherland,uts etc in that only few members got opportunity to join in that companies. Highest package is 3-4lakhs All the companies which were came to our clg placements are based on call center types only infosys is IT side remaining all companies came us to take for the roles bpo industry voice based roles and non voice based roles My plans after completing the degree to search for the job

Campus placements start from final year. A few core companies and bulk hiring companies visit with average packages , overall placement percentage is average . So I plan to build more skills and purse better opportunities after graduation

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Nice college but lot of improvements are required

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams

Campus placements do exist , and it really depends on the person not much on gpa the highest was 40lakhs per annum one time , the lowest was 3lakhs , it really varies time to time but nowadays with advancment in AI and more competition placements aren't really guaranteed
