Remarks

The college has acquired a great pace in just few years and is on its right way but it has to maintain and improve its quality in order to become a brand.

Entrance Preview

I got the choice for this college for my UPSEE rank. I had no better option left but this college in Lucknow. I was interested in CSE branch which was offered to me and I got admitted.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is as per laid down by UPTU and is intuitive and huge equally. Initially, I was overwhelmed with the projects and assignments but gradually I got used to it and probably that is how engineering is meant to be done.

Internships Opportunities

Internship @ BSNL Lucknow. The work environment is professional and disciplined but at the same time theres time for relaxation and refreshments too. Instead of just learning something or accepting it as a rule, I was encouraged to ask smart questions so that I really learn. Which taught me a lot.

Placement Experience

Truly speaking, placements in private colleges of UP, Rajastahan etc are pathetic. Though this college organizes a Job fair each year and companies like IndiaBulls, HCL etc including Indian Army recruit here, but only few get placed. Students here are not industry ready and lack professional qualities which is the most discouraging part of this college. Anyways, Placement is in your hand!

College Events

A National Conference COTII, Fresher's Party in August, Science Exhibition in November, Farewell for the last year students, Mega Job fair nd annual day are organized each year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There are two hostels, 2 bedded and 3 bedded. The latter one is tidy and airy with optimum needs and comfort but the former one is a little compact and small. Rooms are okay. Priced at 40K and 55K respectively is almost reasonable.Food is average or below sometimes. At the time of admission they offer good quality stuffs but sooner they become usual. However u get to eat different each day and time of year.

Fees and Financial Aid

They have contracted with Punjab National Bank and fee wont be a problem. U can avail a loan easily. Scholarship is based on rank and is as per UPTU norms.

Campus Life

The most promising thing is the MICROSOFT centre of excellence and Kuka Robotics Lab. They have tied-up with Siemens and above two companies and thats something excellent. Campus life is good, Students are mostly from Bihar and UP and has a homogeneous work culture.Importance is given to personality development through a mandatory program.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are helpful provided u aren't a day-scholar.

Faculty

Faculty is pretty good with most of the teachers with Ph.D holders. But more emphasis should be given on practicals and labs.

Evaluating Social,Cultural,Infrastructural aspects of my college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are various aspects of the curriculum which are compelling such as practical learning there's a lot of focus emphasized on practical learning such as the workshops,graphic designing and various science labs which encourage the students to learn with more interest.There are some areas for improvement like the time is bit too much from 9 to 5 they could reduce a bit of time and give students some time for there self studies as there are a lot of lectures in the academic time table which are free so those periods could be reduced and students could be let free a bit earlier.the exams are taken on regular intervals there are 3 assignment tests in a semester 1 class test which is very crucial as it determines the internal marks of the students and then at last there's a pre university which is a type of a mock test to prepare the students for semester exams and there's also an online test(olt) conducted every Friday in labs,the difficulty level of these exams is pretty reasonable which prepares the students for there various exams and competitions.

Placement Experience:

Today in Srm Modi Nagar, Ghaziabad become eligible from seventh sector or the last year of the course. some of the top creators for the core branches are Amazon, Infosys , TCS , Wipro, IBM, SAP labs, Cognizant , Tech Mahindra, HCL , JP Morgan Chase , Philips , etc. in 2024 more than 958 companies visited the campus making more than 6200 job offers across all disciplines. the highest package for BTech students in Srm IST Delhi NCR campus ranged from 18 LPA to 22 LPA. Selective candidates Getting up to 29 LPA. the average package for BTech with artificial intelligence and machine learning 4.5 to 6.5 LPA. the lowest package for eligible students was 3.45 LPA. the placement rate for eligible students for the recent past years is 80% to 90% for cse departements but dipped to about 55% for all btech combined in 2023 to 24 large scale hiring typically happens from IT firms and consultancy company. Students are offered role such as software developer, analyst, data engineer, graduate trainee, systems engineer, business analyst, etc. my future plans are either do higher studies like M, tech and MBA or Work in software development and machine, Delhi related job roles.

Capgemini and cognizant are mass recruiter of our college beside many other companies also come like TCS, paypal etc . Highest package is of 64 lack per year by Microsoft. Average is of 3,4 lack per year by Capgemini. 70 to 80% students got placed My plan is to do MBA after b.tech

Having average experience in this college

For B.tech the eligibility is that you can take admission after completing your 12th from physics, chemistry and maths. And for the diploma you can take admission directly after completing your 10th.
