Remarks

Peace. Being an introvert, I really wanted a place where I can be who I am without feeling secluded and on top of that somewhere where I don't have to comprise on my studies. This institute provides everything from good education to ghoos environment and somewhat good food.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus is very updated It keeps us in the loop with other universities and what the world needs. Facilities are also good. Industrial exposure is also very good. You are exposed to various forms of the needs and shown what the world wants out of you. You are shaped in that way.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities are good. There is an efficient placement cell which from time to time conducts Trainings and seminars to train the students. It calls every good company and arranges all that is needed.

College Events

Every year fest happen in cultural, literary and technical also. Cultural education centre is one part of the university dedicated towards extra circular activities every year, interns are taken and they are provided with various perks. Renowned personalities in that field are also called in.

Campus Life

There are ample sports facilities available. We have a private gym too which is reserved for the students only. Personal attention is also given. We have one of Asias largest libraries, Maulana Azad Library. WiFi is available 24*7 even in hostels.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are okay in size, not too big and not two small. It is sharing. Typically you have to share with 4-5 students if you're a first year. It decreases as you go up in years. Food is also good. There are parks and canteen available. You have a parlour and generic shop also.

A decent college to begin your career

The curriculum is more inclined towards a theoretical side and lacks practical exposure. In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for. However, there are various opportunities across the campus. We have AIC inside the campus, which may offer an internship to the students if they reach out to them.

Practical project , Good faculty but mixed crowd.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

Placement Experience:

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .

AMU was amazing!!
