Anonymous's Review On Amity University, Ranchi

Amity University has its campus in India as well as in aboard. So it's a well known university with the best possble facilities that any university could provide. Amity University Jharkhand is one of the best private universities in Jharkhand.It has been ranked 2nd in Jharkhand.

Our syllabus is available on amizone from the first day of the semester itself. We have 10 subjects in MBA.The faculty is very good. They are very helpful and cooperating and are always ready to help. DR Harmeet Kaur and DR Kasturi Sahay are the best. They have a deep knowledge of their respective subjects and are very humble and sweet.

I did my internship with a start up named YUmedic. I was hired as a business developer. And i did not get any stipend. They just offered the certificate, letter of recommendation which was based on the performance and PPO.

Companies which have visited our campus are Flipkart, Zomato, Outlook Magazine, Airtel, Byjus etc. The highest package which a company offers in the university is 10-12lacs per annum. One of my seniors got placed in Byjus with a package of 10 lacs. Our placement coordinator tries his best to bring all the good companies for placement. The placement team is always working to get all the students placed with good packages in good companies.We have placement activities every week for MBA students. Activities include aptitude tests, GD, PI, newspaper reading.

Since the university has been newly opened in Jharkhand, it is now operating in 3 campus buildings. Campus 1 has all the first year students campus 2 has all the engineering and IT students and campus 3 has all the 2nd and 3rd year students. Amiphoria which is our annual cultural youth and sports fest takes place usually in March or april is the main attraction. It's a three day event with lots of fun activities and competitions. In October, we have our Inter Amity Institution Sports Meet where different Amity university students compete among themselves.
