Remarks

Its a prestigious college with the best faculty in the state and also the ranking is quite good across the country and also is the top most college in Gujarat for BA economics. The course structure is also well made and gives you a great exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course was well structured but was bit less rigorous. Faculty is well educated and qualified as most of the faculty members are PhD holders and knows the subject they teach. Dr. Pinky Desai was one of the faculty which gave insights beyond the classroom teachings. She is one amazing lecturer on the campus.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 24000 per year

Placement Experience

the Placements cell is quite active to get some average companies but wonâ€™t be that good. Itâ€™s better if you go for masters course for future as then you might get a good package job. Here you will get up to 3lakh per annum job to the max.

College Events

If you get into the college you wont regret the fun part as you get to attend a lot of event through your the year which is ecofest, cultural festival, youth festival, garba night, etc. and if you are luck enough then you might get the chance to meet some celebrities too. And also time to time the college keeps inviting some well know people of the departments for the guest lecture sessions.

Campus Life

The college has well equipped library. Its a wifi campus and the sports department is extremely good and active. Canteen has quite a good menu. The campus is huge and it's old too and has plenty of space. The computer lab is well equipped with latest tech.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel for ladies is quite good for the fee you pay. The fee is around 16000 for 6 months and you get a 3-4 sharing room with common bathroom which is common for the floor. Food is quite okay in the mess.

I am in my 7th semester and I was asked to apply. After beging rejected from two I was still provided the opportunity and in 4th attempt I finally made it. Likewise every student is provided ample chances and mostly in penultimate semester around 70% students are placed.
