Faculty : Student = 1: 3 Teachers are highly qualified though I have not ever knowledge to judge them.

I have previously told you that that is not a engineering college so here you can only get a graduation degree

No on campus placement is available there. This is not a engineering college. You can only get a degree here.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is very low. You can easily take admission. Our Principal sir is so much helpful. But there is no on campus job.

Campus Life

No doubt the campus is awesome. Almost every education related cultural programme are happened. And our library is also very nice. You can easily get your required book.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are well decorated, neat and clean. Meal quality is also very good and Hygienic. You can easily stay in college hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 10000 per year

Interview Experience

I have never seen any GD before in our department. Though if you ask any doubt, the professors will obviously help you.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

I took this trouble because I like this course. 45 boys and 30 girls are studying in our college. In our Cooch Behar College, the exam is conducted very thoroughly. The teacher and teacher of this college is very good and talks to everyone well and clears their doubts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Sc Computer Science Faculty: Student ratio is = 4:23 may vary a bit Faculty are well Qualified & Teaching method is okay good, but not to the mark like very good or excellent. The exam term was timely (sometimes it gets a bit late due to some natural disaster like cyclone, heavy rainfall, etc or any govt. & university delays), and the exam level is nearly too difficult, something like in between moderate to difficult.

The semester exams always took place on time time each year and exam dates were given in the notice board. The question difficulty level was quite easy The teachers are qualified to the requirements of eligibility. I chose this course since i have interest in computer science subject.

Admission:

I applied for my course available in this college via online mode. As everything was depended upon merit, we didn't have any entrance exam or interviews. I got my name there in the merit list. I had my interest in maths thus I got admission.

Admission:

I had filled all the forms online. They create an account for you where you get all your admission information. As I had 89% marks, I do not had to give entrance exam and interview. The admission was quite easy for me. I just had to visit the college once and submit the demand draft and some forms, after which the admission was done. I just had to go to the university and attend classes.
