Not so bad.good with lot of opportunities depend on person how to take them.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course and syllabus is designed both for theoretical and practical knowledge. There are mid -term every semester which are MCQ type that definitely help a person deeply study the chapter, end terms both MCQ and subjective and practical's for testing the practical knowledge. and yeah there are industrial visits that are necessary for students.

Class Size: 59Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience

Many companies visit their like microsoft, intel,etc. university train the students to give experience of the placement interview by helding mock sessions. A lot of students are placed rest depend on your skills.

College Events

Many fests, one world, one India,youth vibe and various competitions and technical workshops organized by the organisations of students of lpu.there are many organisations made by students and they themselves organize events. Lot of beauty contest are also held.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fee is 90000 per semester but after twenty percent scholarship it's 74000. So LPU is little expensive but u can have scholarships by the exam. And some students who represents LPU on some good level they also get some perks of it.like having free hostel of food mess.

I just have scholarships by the LPU nest exam which u have to give while taking admission. Education loan options is also available

Campus Life

Well,lpu is diverse as India. people all over world and India came here.really good boys to girls ratio. nd sports also has a good importance here with ver facilities to play various games. Lpu provide facilities and opportunities in sports areas too.

Hostel Facilities

I opted for hostel bcoz it's easy from the hostels rather than pg's bcoz lpu is in village area and transportation is bit difficult unless u have ur own vehicle. There are AC room nd cooler room both four seater,three seater, two seater,single also.ac room are costly than cooler.they have attached bathroom.and we have apartments too. depend on ur financial health which one u wanna take.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per yearExternal Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Yeah seniors are quite helpful and there is no ragging. they really help in understanding the whole criteria.

Admission

So, I choose BSc agriculture in LPU because mainly of the ICAR accreditation they have. Lot of Practical knowledge. we literally get to work on fields. I got here by firstly giving an exam for admission and scholarship too. LPU i think is pretty good for agriculture students.

Faculty

Well, lecturer are highly qualified.most are doctorate holder. And every section has assigned a mentor and each student have their personal mentor to.they help students listen their problems and tell them what to do.and faculty is easily accessible in case of any doubt.we can go to them in their cabins in free hours to talk to them.

Likes

supportive campus environment with the comfortable in the classess
faculty most faculty members are very much supportive and they guide the students in the right way only
events are there in the campus provided by the campus.

Dislikes

limited practical exposure is provided by the campus and also there should be more hand on international events
infrastructure is not that good , as they were should on the online it is dii
Placement cell provides opportunities but the stronger industry connections.

Placement Experience:

placements at my college are very very good, as everybody gets the chance to sit for the placements at the same level. we get the placement oportunities at the 6th semster also. in my brancg it is very good

A Vibrant Campus with good learning and great opportunities

Likes

good infrastructure , large libraries and practical labs
helpful and large opportunities in campus

Dislikes

class size can be large , it helps every child to interact
academic work is quite high , the schedule may feel hectic especially during examination

The curriculum is relevant and covers core cse subjects like programing DSA and DBMS . it provides good fundamental for placements and further studies , more practical projects and industry based teaching would improve it .

I like the most about the college the placement criteria and the way built your confidence
Also the hostel is very good and provide food 4 times
The campus explorer is also very nice according to me

Dislikes

Faculty is not soo well had a lit bit inconvenience
Hostel mess food is not good at some time
Placement is decent and average as like other collage

I like my couse btech with computer science because it has high change to geeting high paying jobs and to build a successful career with my opinion they can improve their faculty with higher education qualification

I appreciate the well maintained campus and infrastructure the cleaniness in the collage is good
My engagement with collage is good I join various types of activity in the collage

Dislikes

There is no ac in the class and the class windows are not that good
But there is one problem which is that there is no many options for girls in games like sports

Currently my course at cgc landran does not have any types of placement in my course but however the collage focuses on enhancing development of students employability by providing interships , skills development and workshops to enhance there knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

Cmc - a feeling in itself

Likes

Academics are very good along with proper clinical teaching lectures and simulation based teaching. Patient load is good. All the clinicals skills required at mbbs level are taught properly.
There are various extra-curricular activities which take place in college. Many cultural events are organized by college and student bodies every month which gives an holistic development experience
Sports facilities are also there which are very good.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very old and needs repair
Many faculty members are leaving leading to less good professors in the college
Patient load is decreasing day by day resulting in less clinical exposure

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed in our college is CBME based curriculum. Our college was one such college which conrributed tremendously in developing this type of curriculum. It trains you in all clinical skills and provide you with the best doctor skills. Also many soft skills training session our held which helps in developing and training ourselves as good doctor. All the skills are taught on models and patients.clinical training is very good. However , patient load is decreasing which restricts oursleves in seeing variety of patients

Faculty : The faculty of Gian sagar as per experienced in 1st year of Mbbs is very caring and very talented. They take as many tests they can and make the student learn.
Learning facility : The teachers make digital slides.
Personal skill development : Every student is personally approached.

Dislikes

Too much syllabus : The mbbs course has a lot of syllabus to cover

The MBBS course is a very vast course . Syllabus is too much to handle . The curriculum prepares us for the practical approach like Anatomy , we have Dhall for cadaver dissection and osteology . We can see real life radiography.

The college provides many police administration long term and short term courses and two professional courses namely, M.A and M.Phil.
