Remarks

The only issue I found was the management was controlled by the main branch which is the Mumbai campus, and all the activities were driven by them. The degrees are different for both the colleges and hence the management should have had autonomous and independent decision making authority.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, it is fair enough with research and an industry-driven approach. The curriculum exactly fits in the professional world. The subject chosen for this two years course is enough to make someone step into the corporate competitive world, there regular seminars and involvement with industry experts gave good insights to students.

Placement Experience

2

Companies that came for the offer were IBM, ANZ Bank, ICICI bank, HDFC Bank, Borosil, Exide Life, Accenture, EY, Natural Remedies, Infosys, Eveready, Maiyas and many more. The college took various steps to prepare us for the placement process which included mock interviews, written tests etc. The drives usually consisted of Group discussion, Aptitude Test, Interviews.

College Events

3.5

The college celebrated few national events mainly on the college campus for only college students. Not so big events which involved few dance and singing performances. We didn't have any annual festivals like any other college. Of big events, we had only a farewell party which was organised after 2 months of college completion.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees for the course was Rs. 10. 5 lakhs including hostel facilities. The college accepted demand drafts, Neft, RTGS, and cheques. No additional payments were made to secure the admission. The college had been somewhat transparent with the fee structure, most of the amount went as management fees which I didn't know much about.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I didn't apply for any scholarship. The scholarship was given to only one student with full fee waiver.

Campus Life

The gender ratio was 55:45 which seemed to be almost equal. The college used to organise few sports events which were intercourses played in one of the sports arenas of Bangalore. The strength was diverse enough to have an enjoyable life with experiences to cherish lifelong.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, we stayed in two-sharing rooms. Hostel had enough space for all the students. Fees for the hostel facility was around 1. 5 lakhs. Enough facilities to live a comfortable student life with food, indoor games, cleaning, linen change, security, water supply, drinking water, electricity charges included.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni didn't seem to involve much but we have had good interactions with senior students. They were helping and supporting in providing educational resources.

Admission

I opted for the course for better career opportunities and exposure to the corporate world. Factors Good teachers, Good brand name, Better placements, Unique pedagogies, Location, Infrastructure and facilities.Steps, Entrance test, Creativity Test on Campus, GD on Campus, Interview on Campus.

Faculty

4

The number carried from 20-40 lecturers depending upon the semesters we were into and as many of them were from industry working as visiting faculty. All the lecturers I met had some industry experience which ranged from 5 to 30 years of experience. The age of faculties ranged from 30-70 years from different backgrounds.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chosed artificial intelligence and data science because it has a very good future.the world now is depending on ai so its very useful for me to get a job. My college and the faculties r really preparing us so well for the real world applications. But they can still improve in the teaching methods. The frequency of the exams r really very good and even the time is very efficient, it will be quite difficult but its for improvement of our practical thinking.
