Remarks :
RCBS has got a very good infrastructure facilities and its one of the best in kerala. The courses available at Rajagiri is one of the best in kerala with the most exceptional faculty team.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The PGDM course in RCBS is designed in a way that the students get enough exposure regarding the corporate world and also what's happening in the business world. The college provides simulation grooming the students to make the most relevant business decisions. PGDM course provides dual specialisation in the area of finance, marketing, operations, HR, business analytics The college has also given the opportunity for the students to go through various additional certificate courses which helps them to upgrade their knowledge making them more competitive. This helps the students to grab the best placements. Students have to do their summer internship viva through which they get a very good experience in the industry.
Placement Experience :
RCBS offers a decent placement record with an average package of 6. 5lakhs. Most of the companies will have a selection test followed by group discussions and personal interviews. The college offers 100% placement to its students. Also the college provides internship opportunities in the best companies. The placement cell of Rajagiri make sure that the students go through various training programmes and helps them to grab the best offers.
College Events :
The college has a wide variety of events. It has the talents day which is a platform for the new comers to showcase their talents. Another important event is inflore which is the management fest of Rajagiri. It's considered as the biggest management fest in south India. The college also hosts the RAJAGIRI NBQ which is a national level quiz competition for both corporates and colleges. Rajagiri also conducts RBL which is a corporate level basketball competition. It has also got various events like Rajagiri transcend, kridostava - which is the sports tournament.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is feasible. The PGDM programme has a fee of 6. 5 lakhs as the college fees and you have to separate fees for the hostel. There are no additional fee charges in order to secure the admission apart from the application fees. Collge provides extra paid certificate courses which the students have to pay. Also the college offers business analytics specialisation in the final year which the students have to pay some extra amount.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I haven't opted for any such things. But I believe there are some scholarship available for the students coming from outside kerala. And also the bank loans facility is also very easy to get.
Campus Life :
The college offers a huge number of extracurricular events for the students. Street play competitions, short film competitions, sports tournaments, online cultural competitions from dance club, music club etc. The college has also got radio musica platform to support and showcase the talents of Rajagirians.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility is compulsory for all the students of RCBS. The college provides a very well furnished hostel for the girls with lots of facilities. But the boys hostel provided by the college is only with strictly average facilities when we compare with the engineering hostel and the girls hostel.
Alumni/Alumna :
The college has a very strong connection with the alumni. They are really helpful. The alumni members usually comes to college for conducting various interactive activities and sessions.

PGDM course is a really great course for the ones who want to pursue their career in big multi national firms and also a great platform for the ones who really wants to do their own business. RCBS has a brilliant faculty team. Most of them are IIT and IIM alumnus. The faculty members have done a lot of research work and the college gives a huge importance for the research work done by the faculties. Whereas some of the faculty members have a very good industrial experience thereby helps them to connect what's happening in the business world.
