Remarks

The main reason behind choosing this university is it's reputation in Odisha. Marks were also a reason behind it. Infrastructure and environment was also a reason. Teaching quality is good. Wi-Fi connectivity is also good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is very well updated. No industrial exposure yet. Faculty members are quite good. In academics too my college is quite good. Main courses are Information Science and Technology, Information Technology and Management, B.Com and BBA.

Class Size: 128Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Placement Experience

Wipro, several banks, visit usually for placement. Placement Cell is not too good. Webinars and Seminars were also organised. So, overall societies are active in conducting several seminars and webinars.

College Events

Every year sports day, food fest, farewell (every department), Fresher party, annual function were organised. Football Championship among many universities of Odisha was also organised. Ganesh Puja, Saraswati Puja. Independence Day celebration.

Campus Life

Sport facilities are good, we have basketball court, lawn tennis court, badminton court, football ground and volleyball court. Wi-Fi connectivity is good. Every department have it's own library. Almost all required books are available. Well equipped labs are there.

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

I hadn't applied for any other college because my university is the best institute for higher studies in Odisha and I wasn't supposed to go anywhere out of the state. Ravenshaw is the best

I am student of adisha bord in 12th. Basically i choose to do bsc chemistry honours . I give 5 colleges for selection .
