Remarks

Its prestige, atmosphere and good quality of education drove me here. Also, the resident they provide is cheap and the environment is very friendly. It is actually very safe for girls. Faculty is upto the mark. Also university had Cultural education Centre which includes clubs like literary, fiber arts, drama etc. which eventually helps a student to frame his personality. Being a part of university had a different experience, you came across number of students hailing from diverse background and get to learn a lot and further options are also open for you. Like if you want to pursue masters or anything you have ample guidance here. And for those who are planning for civil there is also an RCA for students. Overall, a lot of opportunities for you.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's nice.Faculty is good, teaching pattern is somehow traditional but teachers are actually very qualified. Talking about academics, vast syllabus to cover but at the same time it is fun to have it.

It was awesome. Every year there is college fest and a hostle fest also. There are events every year in CEC, university fest. Life is fun here. We learn a lot here. If you are interested in any field with college you get enough time to practice your passion.

Yes. AMU provides the best hostles. In my first year 5 people were sharing room in second year the same but in third year we were only 2. There are problems with the timing issue and accommodation also. Outing issue is there. Dinning is good.

The curriculum is more inclined towards a theoretical side and lacks practical exposure. In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for. However, there are various opportunities across the campus. We have AIC inside the campus, which may offer an internship to the students if they reach out to them.

Practical project , Good faculty but mixed crowd.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

Placement Experience:

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .

AMU was amazing!!

At AMU seats are fewer and number of students filling the forms are enormous. Hence, the cut-off is always tol high and for BSC in any stream a minimum cut-off is over 80%. In my time it was 83 for Maths Hons and I guess, I was lucky enough to get it....Read More
