Remarks

I have chosen this college because being a localite this is best option I have and also it is close to my house. The brand NMIMS is also very famous for management studies. I have opted for BBA as it will be a base for my future education.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus is quite updated. We weren?t provided to industrial exposure maybe in future they will. Faculty is good. Deepti Pathak, Ravi Krishna, Dileep Menon, Partha Sarthi and many more. We have visiting faculty also.

Class Size: 14Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

Top 50 percent of the recruited students secured an average CTC of 13.10 lakh while the other 50 percent bagged an average of 10.35 lakh. Cent percent placements were achieved with a highest CTC of 25 Lakh and with 87 offers from 40 organizations.

College Events

Campus life was great. We had many sports and events. For every single occasion we have an event which was very fun and well organised and we also had freshers party and college annual fest which is best 3 days of college life.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is very good. We have all the facilities required like we have sports which includes cricket, basketball and many more, the library has lots of books and also it is spacious and also has a computer lab.

Gitam's has opportunities but you have to use them.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent. Some bachelor students get them some dont. Placements are pretty average overall. But there is potential for higher packages. 6th semester is when people are eligible. Microsoft, jp morgan, google, accenture, amazon, etc. Accenture mskes a lot around 60 to 80, and others have around 10 to 20 range. I ppan to try for a placement after my degree.

The average salary is Rs.200000 per annum. Students above 85% get most offers for job placements.My plan is to work in an industry where tablets and prepared.

Remarks:

One of the best college for hotel management, great faculty and one of the prominent institute.The faculty is very good, great hostel.Hotel management is the second most deciplined job after army, the college is good in term of practical as well, the college also provides gym,games etc. The institute have several committee, 100% placement record and after graduation a person has 3 or 4 jobs in hand.No ragging is done in the college the institute has a commitee named anti-ragging commitee as well.

Remarks:

There is absolutely nothing bad about NITHM. It is a great college with great standard of education. The only thing that can be improved is the internship opportunities for students. Otherwise, I had a blast and those were the best three years of my life so far.
