Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi is a good college overall. The campus is small yet beautiful, the faculty consists mainly of knowledgeable and approachable people. The negative aspect would be that ASAS doesn't have clubs or teams for sports and extracurricular activities. The commerce and management courses are only open to female students. The rest of the departments admit both male and female students. There are a number of college fest organized by the various departments that everyone can take part in. ASAS was taking applications for admission in June while most of the colleges in Kochi had closed their admission process. The admission process was very simple and it took around 45 minutes to complete the entire procedure. ASAS has a unique BBA program that specializes in Logistics Management.
