Course Curriculum Overview

Finance is a field where it deals with a lot of accounting and budgeting . I personally love these topics so it would be great to take up this course and know more about the financial statements a company prepares during a particular financial years and the drawbacks and pros and cons it faces. Finance department is considered as the most important department in any organisation so without knowing or tracking the inflow and outflow of the company one cannot earn profit or loss. So if you are interested in knowing more about finance related topics and are planning to work as an accountant or any finance related posts then go for this course .

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement packages here are comparatively low. The average packages start from about 200000-300000 per annum . It depends on the course you take. The hotel management department is placed at a very high package .

Fees and Financial Aid

I am currently doing Bcom finance and the tuition fee per year amount to around 45000/ year. This includes the admission fees which depends on ur 12th percentage and the registeration fees close to 500 and caution deposit of 5000 is collected. There are no special scholarships here.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is really good. The classrooms are near and clean. The classrooms are digital. If you are coming here just to enjoy then nope It's not a college to enjoy . You can learn different things and different skills from here

Admission

This college stands apart from all the other colleges in this locality. When I say the above i mean it The discipline and the high quality education provided by this institution is remarkable. Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies is really a reputed college in palakkad I wanted to study in a college where they provide various opportunities and hence it is one . Admission procedure is pretty simple. Visit the yuvakshetra portal and select the admission and carry on by filling all the required details .

Faculty

The faculty members are very supportive and understanding. They are all experienced in their fields and have been rightly placed in the departments. Each year have 2 university semester exams. Other than these exams the college conducts an internal exam and a model exam per semester.

Interview Experience

No there are no interviews or exams for admission procedure conducted in this college. They' just check ur marks and percentage and the way you answer to their questions defines it all no other exams are conducted

Night Life

There is a gym, library and many cafetarias in our college There are 2 hostels here The area around the college is very calm and soothing The college is situated at ezhakkad ,mundur It is one of the best places in palakkad

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

Remarks:

The college is well known for inducing skills to students holistically. The facilities work very hard not just to complete the course but to make students fully aware about the subject matter. There is no political influence found in this college.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.

I applied to many colleges but at that time there was some problems in the allotment process so i got late to get called by colleges. By that time i took admission for bsc psychology in yuvakshetra college. I applied im Victoria college for psychology, physics, botany, zoology etc, same in other colleges like govt. College chittur, Nss ottapalam, Nss nenmara, mercy college,etc. I got call from these colleges very after i took admission in yuvakshetra so i didn't joined there. Study a course get a life

I tried many other colleges. Most of them are government colleges. But I didn't got placement. Their placements are reserved for backward categories(based on caste and religion!!). Then I came to Yuvakshetra. I was already applied here for the merit seat which will redice my fee. Here I got placement with discount in fee because I have more than 85% mark in plus two. Good aspect of college is that it's infrastructure and good facilities. College provides all the infrastructure as per our needs also the lab facilities are high college also provides executive grooming standards. Bad aspect is that the college is charging very high fees. The admission process of this college is like the students needs to download the application form should remit the fees to the college office before submitting the application form after submitting the application form an other required documents the college will send the interview card/SMS individually.
