Remarks

Read various Reviews of colleges, went there to look for myself then chose this one, over others for ambience, locality and name of the college. The college is located at Matunga in the precincts of Ruparel college, has good connectivity on both central and western railway lines and is centrally located.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus in law has to be upto date as it deals with day to day happenings in the courts of the country. Still a lot of law is dependent on the past happenings and case decisions. So one has to study it through the books and update oneself by studying the latest journals, court judgements etc. The course curriculum is upto date.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Placement Experience

No direct placement facility as such is available in the college campus. I do not know about any other placement facilties. Students get themselves placed in law firms those who want to continue as lawyers later on in their life.

College Events

Good. Full of activities all year round. Mock Trials, presentations by notable persons, Seminar on Right to information act by Mr. Shailesh Gandhi the Information Commissioner, Discussions, debates, sports.

Campus Life

There is a large ground available for outdoor sports like cricket, football and basketball. A Gymkhana is available for indoor sports like carrom, chess and Table Tennis, canteen, big library. Labs are not necessary.

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.

I don't know much about the placements but I heard that after third year onwards you get placement opportunities . The highest package is 12 lacks and the average package is between 3.5 to 4.5 lacks .
