Remarks

I wanted to be a computer engineer but the ranking were way too high for computer branch and IT is in line with the computer branch.Also the city is a green city with a low population.College placements are way too good.Faculties are very generous and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus was very much inline with the technologies we use in real world. Except some subjects weren't there like android and iOS application. Some website projects should also be given to the students so that they can learn it very effectively and it gets really helpful in the corporate world.As long as academics is in picture it is very strict. There were in total 5-6 exams in a single semester. Attendance was also 60% compulsory.Faculties are well educated and helpful.

Internships Opportunities

I have internet in 42Gears Mobility Systems as a software engineer trainee. I cannot disclose the stipend amount. Overall process included 4 rounds1. Entrance test( tech+non tech)2. Coding round3. Personal interview4. Hr

Placement Experience

Companies like 42Gears Mobility Systems, crest datasystems, Amazon, Infosys, TCS and a lot more visited the campus. They mainly offered the role of software engineer, qa and internal product manager. Overall placement process was good and job opportunities in Gujarat are great. Job referrals weren't many! There is no entrepreneur cell but they support us in all the ways.

College Events

There is in total only one fest of a week which contains the technical as well as the non technical events and only the college students were allowed to participate. Also at night there was a cultural event.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have availed MYSY scholarship. They gave half of the fees and also some amount of hostel fees. During filling the form, a faculty was assigned to take care of things so it was easier to fill up the form.

Campus Life

Sports facilities are comparatively less as they focus more on academics. Wi-Fi was available in the college campus, size of library was enough. Equipments in the labs are old but in working condition

Industry Oriented Learning at SBS

Likes

there is a faculty is very supportive and always ready to guide students academically
the curriculum is practical and includes case studies , presentations those help me developing real world business skill
placement cell also provides training and support for internship and final placements

Dislikes

college sports facilities are less also the monsoon season some we are face some of problems

Dislikes

The campus is located far from central ahmedabad along the SP Ring road.
In Monsoon season very difficult to reach at college

The faculty members are helpful and explain the topics in a simple and practical way.

The academic schedule is sometimes very busy, which gives students less free time.
There are many assignments and presentations, which can become difficult to manage sometimes.

Balanced College Life with Good Academics

Placement Experience:

Placements at ITM (SLS) Baroda University are good and improving. Students usually bescome elgible from the final year/last semster. companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and other local companies visit the campus. the average pacakge is aroung 2-4 LPA, and the highest package can go higher depending on skills. A good number of students get placements, especiaaly those with strong skills and preparation. The college also supports students with training and guidence.

In this year college fatality are included so I like this like sports ground, gym etc
Education are given by very well educated professional
College campus are very good, also College canteen are good.

Dislikes

Mess are not good in this college so I don't like this
Also if I order some food from out side some restriction are present
Also in hospital heater are not present also other instruments are also not present

I choose this because I want to be doctor in my family because no one is doctor in my full family. I just want to be doctor. I study for this course sens 11 th but I don't get college in 12 th pass because neet mark are not good. In mbbs you should study regularly so you can pass all exams ezely. Mainly difficulty are not fix all time .

All over infrastructure of college is good compare to other gmers college
Campus is also good and big there is more number of trees so you feel fresh everyday
They provide 24 hour reading room and libarry so you can read in comfortable environment

Dislikes

Canteen is small comapre to student rush and food is also okay okay
Hostel facility needs improvement and proper cleanliness missing
College function are not good compare to other gmers like annual and all

Mbbs is like dream for many here you learn practical life from hospital also u can see patient live from the 2nd year itself from postings through posting is not compulsory here and they do not provide attention but in intership you gain too much real world knowledge

I am proud of to be student of Dharam Singh Desai University.

I apply for LDCE and vgc for civil engineering. But when I when I see this college review and all the things like infrastructure faculties College fees and good placement ratio so that I choose this first and the other one is the second and third. I proud to take admission in this college and I feel that this college is very much good as LDC and vgc engineering College in instruction in placement and faculties and etc. in our civil field there are no such placement in other colleges but in this college according to the senior the average placement is around 4.5lpa to 5 lpa . I scored in my 12 science PCM around 80% and in gujcet 61 marks out of 120 and my rank is about 11824 out of 40000. In this college the civil department cut off is for general category is around 10000. In this college there are many branch available and the highest placement is in Cse and EC department and ic also.
