Remarks

It is best in Bihar and Jharkhand. We know all the college's in the Bihar are not running on the Time that's why I join at Xaviers college ranchi. In this college I pursued geography and in this college every facilities Will be provided

Course Curriculum Overview

I my opinion geography department is the best department in st Xavier's college ranchi and we were getting all the facilities like lab, football ground, table tennis, basketball, cafeteria, church, etc

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

For geography department their is no placement and in my college computer science student use to get placed and some of the students get maximum 20000-25000 rupees and overall most of the department don't have the placement opportunities.

College Events

My college use to celebrate every event like we use to celebrate New year, Christmas, Republic Day, independence day and as we it is Christian college that why we use to get holidays on Diwali, Chatt puja.

Campus Life

we were getting all the facilities like lab, football ground, table tennis, basketball, cafeteria, church, library but no wi-fi and the most important is that our college use to organise annual sports meet.

Placement Experience:

after 7 th semester we are eligible for placement a very companies come here to visit cause earlier some of companies comes here but they don't get quality student so they just stop to coming here however for palcement top candidates are selected and sent to tecno india kolkata as this college is managed by tecno india group where after interview they got placement so if you have good knowledge and coding skills may be you got a interview call some companies like acceture and wipro comes here the ece branch and cse branch got some placements. i don't know the exact numbers but in last year around 25 offers was made among which the most paying was 9 lacs per annum secured by a senior name harsh dwivedi from cse branch here's the profile linkedin. com/in/harsh-dwive di-208b00228/. most of the students from opt for higher studies or psus through GATE and my objective is also same opting for M.TECH.

For my course, selection was done on the merit basis. Any student who has completed his high school with 90+ marks in English was eligible for this course. The application form, fees, and dates, everything is appropriately available on the college's website. Yes, if you belong to ST/SC you are given reservation and relaxation in the cutoff. Exans are held regularly in a proper manner. The difficulty level of the exams conducted are moderate to high.
