Remarks

One of the best NITs in college, the best placements and college infrastructure.Really good faculties for the department, I was part of. South Indian College, really good experience for North Indian students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum, academics and faculties are the part of NIT Warangal, it is famous in whole country for. Our curriculum keeps changing time to time as per the suggestions given by students and student council which are taken to senate and it keeps improving.

Class Size: 105Course Fees: INR 280000 per year

Placement Experience

More than 250 companies visits the campus from different backgrounds be it core, information technology, computer science or education. The placement activities start in the month of August and go until the end of April. Placement coordinators from each branch/stream are assigned and are supposed to invite companies for placements.

College Events

College has 33 clubs, which had the dedicated faculty advisor and a student team. Main clubs were Literary and Debating club, Music Club, Dance and Dramatics Club, Quiz Club, and so many more. We had two main fest, technical fest, Technozion and the cultural fest, The SpringSpree.

Campus Life

The whole campus has been given wifi recently, infrastructure of campus is good enough to ensure the basic facilities. We have medical dispensary and atm inside the campus. We have one or two hostel which has capacity of 1.8k students and 1k in one building.

Hostel Facilities

Good infrastructure, one of the biggest hostel in the Asia. Single rooms for 3rd and 4th year students. For DASA students who come as a part of foreign programme are allotted separate hostels which have really good facilities.

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Not so bad, but feel and enjoy the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Curriculum is c-24 this is updated version of pervious curriculum. In this curriculum the unwanted topics are removed and only useful and wanted topic are kept. In this curriculum you can see some subjects that are helpful for our future like (Communication skills and Life skills, Employability skills, Interview skills.etc). The frequency and timing of exams is little bit less because few topics are tuff.

Every student gets a placement here, except if they are too at the bottom, apart from that the highest offered was 98 lakhs and the avg is appx 25 like most members get around that range, the least you get is 3 lakhs that is if you are not that a good student

depending on the company even first years can be eligible. but the course only allowed for internship in third year and higher. the placements of biotechnology students is yet to be decided. the fourth years are the first batch ever all 8 of them got internships. after i get my BTech I'll pursue a doctorate

Remarks:

I think if someone who wants to know about rural activities their ground realities they should opt for this course in this college. Where you can learn so much about rural society and experience a lot. As the faculty is well qualified they will guide you so brilliantly. And this the best institute where you can learn field work and gain experience and come to know about rural people.
