Remarks

The college is one of the finest in India. I have always wanted to go in the business line, thats why i opted for the MBA course. Many of my school seniors, when I asked them about which college to join, many of them suggested MSOB

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is impeccable. The course is updated and inclusive of all the main topics. The teachers made the experience much better. They taught all the subjects with diligence and enthusiasm.

Placement Experience

5

The college provides for a lot of placement opportunities. Every year large firms like HDFC banks, croma, American express etc visit to hire students. Many students are also opted for paid internships.

College Events

4.5

The campus life is great. The students are friendly. There is a well balanced gender ratio. The college conducts many extracurricular activities like HR exhibition, deewali mela, annual fests, sports week, etc.

Campus Life

The campus is not that big, but its enough and appropriate. The campus is well maintained with ample greenery. The college building is quite large and consists of a big library, 24 hrs excellent WiFi facilities and hostels too.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides for hostels which are a really good staying place for those who come from far like me. The food is great with 24 hr electricity supply and safe drinking water. All the basic amenities are present. The wardens are good and humble too.

Admission

I had to give an entrance exam first. After qualifying the exam, I gave an interview to confirm my place in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

As I am 1st year student i don't know much about it but most probably placement starts in third year. Well known companies reach out to our college for placement. Avg package would be around 6-7 lpa. 80% of our students easily get placed. My plan is to open a business in my upcoming future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I was studying, students were doubling down to study Software engineering, no matter which stream they belong too. But now, Electronics and Communication has become an important area to study as it holds promosing carreer options in the age of AI where we need Chips and hardware design, server management. People in mechanical engineering can excel if they focus on building something rather than just studying. In order to prepare for real world applications, one has to do a lot of things rather than sticking to only one persuit. I don't have much to suggest something in course carriculam and this college has best teaching methods regardless what they are taught. Students have ample time to do things they like in every semister. Studying for nearly 2 weeks before sessional exams and 1 month before final exams is enough and rest of the time can be dedicated into building something important.
