Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the B.Com course is just like any other B.Com course offered at any other university. The only difference lies in the fact that here sufficient focus is laid upon the practicality of the course.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities of the college are commendable as students are able to find some decent jobs through campus placement. The package offered is also pretty good along with strong growth opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of pursuing B.Com at this university is feasible and cheap as a nominal amount of ?4,050 is required to be paid for the complete three year, full time, on-campus course at this esteemed university.

Campus Life

To inculcate a feeling of oneness and belongingness amongst the students, several extra curricular activities are organised by the college and these activities include cultural evenings, seminars, fests etcetera.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of the college is strong and interconnected as the students who have graduated are still in touch with their teachers and the college in general. They are also very helpful towards us as they share some great pieces of advice.

I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Mahatma Gandhi University, School of Distance Education - [SDE], Kottayam. At the time of admission, the administrative staff were really helpful.

The faculty of the college is too good to be true as they are always willing to help us. They take personal interest in the growth and development of every student which increases your chances of performing really well at our curriculum.

An honest college review

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for placements. The top recruiters in it sectors are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Tata Elxsi, Accenture, Oracle, Amazon, Wipro, UST GLOBAL, IBM. The top recruiters in other sectors are Mu Sigma, Ernst and young,, federal Bank, h and r block. Most of the placement are in it and related sectors. The average package is 4 to 6 lpa.The highest package is 34 lpa in Amazon. In 2024, 35 percent of students got placed. I will look to get campus placement in a reasonable package or I will try to get jobs by other means.
