every college has some positive and some negative aspect. The positive aspect of this college is we get a good opportunity to have practical section from Government medical college hospital Kottayam. Students studying here are so blessed to have this opportunity. Students get to learn about each and every department especially cardiology, neurology, critical care units, plastic surgery, orthopaedic etc.

there are various courses in the college, BSc nursing is a four year under graduate program. College conduct a yearly examination every year. Every year there are practical sections conducted or organised by the college. Through this student get ample training for the hospitals.

college provide placement to students in different hospitals after 4th year. The main institution where students get opportunities is Yashoda hospitals, Hyderabad. If the student performed brilliantly then they get direct placements in the hospitals where the are intern. The only demands of the hospitals are we should pass in all subjects up to 4th year. The salary starts from Rs 12, 000.

fees structure designed by the college is very systematic. Annual fee is 70000 without the hostel fee. In first year, we should pay Rs 80000as their 1st instalment. Hostel fee is around from Rs 3500- Rs 4000.

college usually organise extracurricular activities based on the medical filed such as awareness programmes regarding, occurring health issue, emerging health problems. The recent and latest activity conducted was regarding Corona virus awareness programmes. Included awareness training class, health and fitness education etc.

As it is a distance education institute there is no alumni association and there are very rare instances that we get to meet any alumni or seniors. Only during classes, we get to meet fee seniors who also come for their classes.

college admissions are done on the basis of merit list selections. Through joint entrance examination conducted by university after completing higher secondary education. You have to clear the entrance exam which is conducted by team and the cut off mark for this entrance exam is 10 out of 100. We can take admission only if we qualify this examination.

There are various facilities and this change every year, they teach us during weekends classes and are allowed by the institute. They teach good, they teach both practical and theory to us. They are average as most are initial teachers
