COLLEGE LIFE

Our college infrastructure of our college is really good.There are many spacious classrooms for the students to feel free. The library and the computer labs are air-conditioned. There are weaving Lab with hand looms, pattern making lab and sewing labs for students.The college also has a tuck shop, where students can get stationery and stuff related to college work. It also has a field for playing volleyball and badminton among other sports.

It is a three year Under graduate degree programme and it has six semesters.The course curriculum includes skill development, weaving, textile designing, dying and printing, textile technology and development of textiles and related products.

The placements are very dedicated in helping the students to get placed and almost 90% of our seniors got placed across the India. The t op recruiters of our college are Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Puma and Winsome, Shingora, Nahar etc..,.And all our seniors undergone internship with the average stipend of 11,000.

The fees we have to pay is approximately 11.05 LPA and it includes the hostel charges.The hostel fee is about 5000 per month and the college fee is about 66,500.It is quite feasible to pay for this course.

Our college organizes the fashion shows in which the students can exhibit their creativity and ability.The workshops are also organized for the students from outside to explore them by communicating with the industry persons.

our college provides excellent residential accommodation to outstation girl students of the institute at its own hostel.The hostel is well equipped with modern amenities and provides a mess service.There is no hostel accommodation for boys.

I got admission into this college through the entrance exam and the personal interview.By the NIFT entrance exam ,they will select the students for the college and they call upon the selected students for the personal interview.They give admission by seeing the overall performance.

The faculty are very talented and provide more importance to the practical knowledge than theory.It is because the understanding will be easy when we goes on with the hands-on-training.Moreover, most of our faculty are PhD holders and some of them have the best experience in the industry.
