My Pre-School Diploma Course

The environment of our institute is very friendly. The trainings teach us to be compassionate . We develop tender hearts and behaviours. The infrastructure is very good. The trainers are patient and kind. Their method of training is extremely helpful to us.

The duration of the course is either for 6 months(2 days a week) or for 10 weeks(5 days a week). We had to devote around 10 hours per week for the classes. We had theory sessions, group discussions and reflection exercises. The course was extremely interesting and was taught in-depth.

This six-months program is divided into coursework and internships. At the end of the course , the institute offers the candidates to do a four weeks internship program in KLAY Prep schools and Daycares. Students who can successfully complete the course will also be awarded a Certificate of completion. Candidates are also offered guranteed placements on the basis of their performance.

The total fee of the 6 months diploma course is Rs 45,000 which is expensive. We are provided with supreme training and with modern facilities. Therefore, the fee we had to pay is fitting. We are even offered various medical benefits.

The institute provides various benefits to its candidates, namely, medical, maternity and sickness benefits. The institute even had options for scholarships and EMI based payments. These scholarships benefitted 5 of my friends who are now my colleagues at a Pre-school.

Beside training, we were also engaged in various child games which helped us to know better how to deal with children while they are playing. Various meetings were arranged to teach us about the psychology of the children. We were even given practical examples.

Individuals who have completed their Higher Secondary Exams can apply for the diploma course. The other important thing is that they should be fluent in English. Since, I cater to the requirements , I applied online. I had to email them my resume. On the basis on my merit I was selected for the interview. Selected candidates after the interview are called for the final Counselling where we have to produce some important documents. After the counselling, I took admission. Candidates can also seek for admission in the offline method. they can directly visit the administration for a walk-in interview.

This course is designed by leading psychologists who taught us everything with appropriate reasons. They used modern techniques which will help us to teach our students of Pre-school better. They preferred interactive classes to ensure that every one of us is understanding what we are being taught.
