Remarks

The infrastructure is very good. The best thing is the confirm job opportunities that we get. Our trainers were very cooperative. The institute offers various benefits to its candidates which are very helpful. On the completion of the course , we are given a participation certificate which is of great value.

Course Curriculum Overview

Duration of the course depends on the choice of the candidates. they can either take the training for 6 months or for 10 weeks. The training sessions included discussions and various reflective exercises. Candidates are given detailed training on how to become teacher cum friend with a child in the pre-school.

Placement Experience

5

The institute offers guaranteed placements to all its students according to their performance. Beside, after the end of the course we had to take part in a 4- month internship program which helped us a lot since we gained a first-hand experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We had to pay Rs 45,000 for the entire course which is not too much considering the opportunities we are provided. They even have various scholarship programs and loan benefits which are helpful for the students who are economically not so strong.

Fees and Financial Aid

The institute offers various scholarships programs and various benefits namely medical and sickness benefits. even they provide maternity leave which is extremely useful. We can even avail EMI mode for the payment of our fees.

Campus Life

Although not many extra-curricular activities are available. But, still we are trained for teaching in a pre-school, so were could engage in various child games which were a part of the training . The classrooms are very spacious and clean.

Admission

The admission procedure is either online or offline. Candidates who are fluent in English and who have completed their 10+2 exams are eligible for applying to this diploma course. Those who are applying online, have to send their resume through mail. The students are selected on the basis of their merit. Those students are then called in for interview. Lastly, after a counselling session , the selected candidates are granted admission.

Faculty

5

We were trained by extremely efficient and qualified trainers. They understand perfectly the psychology of a child. The quality of their training is extremely modern and we could easily grasp what they taught us. They filled our hearts with love, care and compassion that a child looks for.

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists
