The internships compulsory in this course for six months and another one year the students are taught both theory and practical subjects like Bakery, confectionery, commodities, hygiene and sanitation, food costing, computer awareness, library, et cetera

This college provides placements and internships both and internship is the the integral part of the compulsory section of the curriculum full stop the companies in which the students are placed are are Oberoi, Leela, Radisson Blu, ITC, Palm, Indigo, Bikaner wala, nandos, Domino's, haldirams, Hotel Seven Seas, duty free et cetera
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is little expensive and the students has to pay the fees in two installments that is first for first 6 months and second for another six months. The students has to pay some other fees as well like tuition fees, examination fees et cetera
Campus Life
Most of the festivals, events and important days related to food and hotel management are celebrated and orrganised in this college. All other types of events are well organised by the college and students take part in these events and also help the colllege in managing and organising the events.

There is an membership form of the alumni in which they have to fill all the the basic and personal information. This form is get filled by the the institution because they want to keep in touch with their alma mater.
Admission
This course is for 1.5 years and there is no entrance examination to get admission in this college for this course the only eligibility criteria is that the student must have cleared class 12th and the admission is given on the merit basis only.
