Dungar college is a higher educational institute governed by the State Government Rajasthan and was established in 1928. The college is affiliated to Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU), Bikaner. The college is situated in Bikaner and established in 1928.

Selection Criteria
- Candidates can apply for UG level courses after passing 10+2 examinations from any recognized board. Candidates who qualified PTET 2022 will be given preference in selection.
- For PG level courses, every candidate must qualify the graduation with good score in all the subjects from any recognized university.
- The selection process in MA is based on merit of graduation score in the respective subjects followed by the interview.
- The selection process in M.Com. at Govt. Dungar College is based on the graduation score in the respective subjects followed by the interview.
- Admission to all the courses of M.Sc. is based on the university-based entrance followed by counselling or interview.
- For Doctoral courses, the college requires valid identity proof with a scorecard of previous post-graduation programs done from any recognized university.
- Admission to the Ph.D. program is granted on the basis of score secured in Combined Entrance Test (MPCET) conducted by MGSU followed by an interview.

Government Dungar College Scholarships
The institute provides scholarships to meritorious students and economically backwards. Although the fee for the courses at the institute is quite affordable, still the scholarship is awarded to selected students as a stipend. Meritorious students whose annual family income is below 6 lakh are eligible for applying for scholarship.

Facilities for few sports is not available at the institution campus hence prior arrangements are made for conduction of such activities outside campus. You can apply for your course according to the college cutoff according to your category you can apply your application form on the official website handle of college you can avail reservation benifits and after that you can have some relief in fee structure you can get sufficient time gap between your exams and the level of difficulty of these exams is not that high but moderate they can fix there website because this is very laggy and hard to load their page

I get admission easily but the general cutoff was 85 and I have 82% and but I have my NCC is certificate which provide me 6 more percentage. when we talk about the admissions there in a good manner what do you want choose the course

- The faculty in this college is very good and cooperative
- Sports events are held from time to time in this college and scholarships are also available for those who win.
Dislikes
- There are more political activities in this college and students are more sensitive during elections.
- In this college one has to stand in very long queues to get the scholarship documents signed.

I didn't give the entrance exam. I applied directly from e-Mitra and on the basis of my 12th exam I got my course. the college has reservations for EWS, SC, ST, and OBC categories. Colleges should organize e-hardcopy because many students want cin and long lines.

- The main thing i dislike was the college admission process the student that lives outside college city or area have to come ao may times for the admisson process and in campus the transport system i aslo very bad you cannot easily get the taxi or van
- In college campus the the avialbality of transporation is very bad we have to go outside yhe campus to get taxi or van

The improvement I want to see was the college admission process is so long the student has to go so many times they took so much time and the eligibility of course is 12th pass with more than 85 percent we can easily get an application by the college campus.

The student should be 12th pass with a 70 % mark for B. SC. Course Through e mitr check the application form and paid the application fee. I am OBC category. No improvement I want to see in the admission process.
