Remarks

The college only has positive remarks and can't say anything bad about it. The college premises and infrastructure wise is really good. You will love the place and the campus. You can really enjoy the life out here.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum involves lots of practical sessions along with theoretical knowledge. The curriculum is designed in such a way that it gets easier to understand the concepts with in-depth in the field of veterinary sciences. The animal husbandry farm is well maintained and looked after for getting good scientific results. The exam is conducted once in a year, but there are around two mid-term examinations or you can also say assignments or internals, which also contributes to the evaluation and performance.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements opportunities provided by the college to its students are plenty. Many top medical institutions and other scientific research related companies come for recruiting the students. But most of the students choose for higher studies, that is because the faculties are so good and they teach the subject in depth, that many get curious to pursue their masters to gain and improve their knowledge in this field.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of my college is divided into two categories: regular and self-financing seats. The regular fees is imposed on the students who have cleared the entrance exam and joined the college based on merit list. The fees is really very feasible. The fees needs to paid from this seat is highly affordable. The self financing fees are so expensive and per semester, they need to pay around One lakh INR for studying the same course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarships based on the government guidelines for the lower income and other SC/ST caste students. Also the top scorers of the entrance exam gets certain amount of relaxation from the fees.

Campus Life

There are lots and lots of events conducted by the college. The college believes in the all rounder performance of a student, and allows the students to take part in various competitions, sports and cultural activities.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are good in this college. The hostel rentals are low and reasonable. The facilities are good such as water, bathrooms, rooms and all the other necessity things. The hostel surroundings are lush green and is peaceful to reside.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni association is good, and the college keeps track of all the passed out students. They are invited once in a year for union and meetings with juniors for delivering their life lessons and significant steps to improve career.

Admission

The college has its own entrance exam from where its screen students eligible for joining the institution. After you clear your examination, the college prepares the merit list based on your senior secondary examination scores.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of this college are well expertise in the field of the interest. The get deeper in the concept while explaining things and it becomes almost so easier and curious to know many things. The faculties are very patient, and never scold anyone unnecessarily or based on bias.

I enjoy writing content, The classes held on creative writing helped me understand the importance of language and trained me to write for different formats- including press releases, articles. scripts for radio shows, etc. I gained lot of practical writing knowledge while pursuing the course. Subjects like media laws and development communication were taught further during post-graduation diploma. Prior learning hepled me in retaining the concepts well. The 10 marks unit test, held twice a semester were held for 90 minutes, while semester exams (theory), held for 70 marks were completed in 3 hours. The practicals during semester exams were held for 30 marks, which included assignments or file submission and viva.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum overall offers a balanced mix of theoretical foundations and practical exposure, making it fairly relevant for students aiming to build strong academic knowledge while preparing for real-world scenarios. Below is a detailed breakdown based on various aspects of the curriculum plus Exams are generally conducted at regular intervals, which helps students stay consistent with their studies. The timing of assessments—spanning internal tests, mid-sems, and final exams—ensures that students are evaluated both continuously and comprehensively. However, sometimes exams may feel closely spaced, which can cause stress. A slightly more balanced schedule between consecutive assessments would be helpful

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.
