Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculum is very elaborated and all the subjects are given importance . the practicals are very interesting to do and exams are conducted semester wise that is 2 times a year , in every every semester.

Placement Experience

4

well the college provides us internship in the third year and fourth year in many companies ,and also depends from department to department too. the placement records are very well here and many companies come to recruit here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think the fees here is very feasible here and can be afforded according to all the facilities and opportunities to me. also scholarships are available to economically backward students too.

Campus Life

there are many extracurricular activities going on around the here. the college also organizes workshops and seminars for the students with amazing guest speakers to give knowledge of different topics .

Alumni/Alumna

the alumni network here is very strong. many of them are placed in top notch companies and on high packages too. they come to college many times to guide us about placements and recruitment too. also most of my seniors are very humble.

Admission

Well i got admission here on the basis of my JEE score conducted every year on the national level for getting admissions in engineering stream.also the cutoff of this college is normal so i got admission here through that.

Faculty

3.5

the faculties here are very supportive and interact very nicely with the students in all the matters and circumstances . they provide us with nice advice and guide us with solutions and inspiration for the future .

Placement Experience:

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Some companies also allow pre-placement offers (PPOs) through internships after the 6th semester. ???? Companies Visiting the Campus ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Packages Offered (Approximate) ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ???? My Plans After Completing the Degree After completing my B.E. in Chemical Engineering, I plan to: Gain industry experience through campus placement or off-campus opportunities
